PEYTAVI said, "I comfortable. Air condition was enjoyable for the money paid. People are helpful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok. Nearer to the MRT station is a plus point"
Maria said, "Good value for money. The location, close to Lumpini Park and Night Bazaar, was perfect. Breakfast was good, and the staff very profesional and fiendly."
Soon said, "A little bit old but clean, very good breakfast, good service, just 5 min walking to MRT station right opposite Suan Lum night market. Overall good value."
Gheysens said, "This is a nice place, within walking distance of public transport, and with very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and modern. I recommend this place and would happily go back there.Luc"
Arthur said, "I will never stay at this hotel again. It is dirty and in need of a remodeling. The breakfast is only passable. Early check-outs, ie. before they open for breakfast, are not offered a take-away breakfast. But perhaps the most objectionable thing is all the queers/fagots running around then place."
Derek said, "Its ok. roooms are fair for the price Breakfast is good.Central location makes taxis 50 Bhat to most place you like to go Panthip Yowarat Patpong etc"
Grant said, "The Pinnacle was pretty much exactly as others described it - a very god value-for-money hotel. You don t go there expecting luxuries or five star service. Unlike some other reviews, we found the staff to be very friendly. It might take some effort on your behalf though (ie learning some of the LOCAL language, like thank you and hello ) to elicit a big smile from them. Anyway...The Hotel is close enough to the main road to access everything, but far enough away to be shielded from it s noise. The Suan Lumm Night Bazaar is a five to ten minute walk and is an absolute must. Apart from the great shopping there, you can indulge in a massage and there are plenty of great places to eat. There is a huge food court in the middle, but know that prices here for both food and especially drinks are considerably more expensive than the retaurants within the bazaar. We can also recommend the restaurant Just One . Walk down the Hotel driveway and turn left on the soi. It s a five minute walk away from the main road on the right hand side. Get a seat outside in the garden for dinner. When you turn left onto the main road, the (amazing) MRT Subway is only a five minute walk. One stop later you can connect with the Sky Rail. This is the best way to get to the Grand Palace et al. Take the Sky Train to the very end and catch a Ferry up the Chao Praya - the ferry only costs 22BHT.Yes, you will never be able to leave the Hotel without a taxi driver or Hotel limo driver offering to take you somewhere. I expect this is the same for every tourist at every hotel in Bangkok. A smile and a polite no, thank you sees them off easily. When we wanted to get to the Southern Bus terminal, the Hotel limo driver quoted us 550BHT. The metered taxi we caught cost us 140BHT.Our only complaint - being in a room next to the lift shaft. We could hear the faint groaning of the lift in the night. It wasn t so bad as to keep us awake, but you do hear it. Given the option, we would have taken another room just to be clear of it. For every floor I imagine that room number is the same - #1.As most others have commented, the breakfast was very good - a wide range covering most breakfast styles. And you need a good brekky when you want to get out into Bangkok and take it head on."
gustavo said, "HOTEL BIEN SITUADO CERCA DE UNA PARADA DE METRO ,EL DESAYUNO MUY COMPLETO ,LAS HABITACIONES UN POCO SUCIAS Y ANTICUADAS ,EL PERSONAL ES AMABLE , FALTA CAJA DE SEGURIDAD EN LA HABITACIÃ"N Y UN POCO MAS DE MANTENIMIENTO EN LAS HABITACIONES, PAREDES SUCIAS , LA TELEVISION NO FUNCIONA BIEN , LOS GRIFOS REGULAR...LA PSICINA NO MERECE LA PENA ES COMO UNA BAÃ'ERA , LO DICHO LO MEJOR LA UBICACIÃ"N."
Gee said, "Location is near the Night Bazzaar and Lumpini underground train station. However the hotel is a big disappointment for the price that we paid (it was 800 baht more than Bossotel and Bossotel was so much better). The Deluxe room was so small. We paid for an extra bed and during check-in they overlooked that. We had to wait to get our rooms and then had to wait again for the extra bed. With the extra bed in the room there was hardly any space to walk. If it wasn t for the hotel s close proximity to the Lumpinee/Suanley Night bazzaar, We would definately not return again."
Er said, "we stay at the Pinnacle Lumpinee for three days and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were helpful especially the reception guy in the afternoon shift. We check in a room at the 9th floor with a noisy air-con but it was fixed immediately after our complaint.Ameneties of the hotel are well kept and the room was clean but the housekeeping was a bit late to clean the room but again it was not a problem for us. The breakfast of the hotel is a plus point with choices from continental to local Thai cuisine. Location of the hotel is also central from nearby night bazaar to subway linking to most part of the city. The price of the room is also reasonble compare to other hotel that we have will definitely stay again at the hotel should we come to Bangkok."
K said, "Hidden away from busy main road, decent area, very convenient to night market and subway system. Breakfast was good. Bathroom could use some renovation but was clean enough"
Elizabeth said, "The staff was helpfull nice, the room was big enought. The location is good as well as it s next to Lumpini MRT station and it s only 1 station from Silom."
Jeannie said, "Hotel needs an upgrade but the location is good - across the street from the Suam Lum Night Market and 2 blocks from the Lumpinee Metro Station. Not a terrible hotel but not that great either."
VILLEFAILLEAU said, "As usualy, nothing wrong in this hotel, good service, plethoric buffet and care for members. But where is the welcome cocktail before to check in ?"
VILLEFAILLEAU said, "Bien situe a deux pas du parc Lumpinee et du marche de nuit, le metro MRT est a 5 mn de marche, le prix est tres competitif pour le service. Un buffet extraordinaire le matin. Un lobby desk efficace"
Michael said, "This hotel is ideally located for the night bazaar, which is well worth seeing, and the beautiful Lumpini Park where you can feed the catfish or gasp at the huge lizards ambling near the water. The BTS is a taxi ride away but thats not a problem. Do remember to get a card from the Hotel for the taxi driver as most are not sure exactly where it is. The room and the view was a good standard and the jacuzzi and sunning area on the 14th floor was a welcome extra. The food was good and a 7/11 and internet cafe was just around the corner. To see this part of BKK for a couple of days the hotel is ideal."
GW said, "Chose hotel based on price & location. Short walk to Suan Lum night bazaar & Lumpini underground station (most direct route to & from Chatuchak market)Hotel exceeded my expectation with decent breakfast, room service, and guest rooms. Pleasant surprise was Kesom Spa which just opened by the poolside. It s VERY GOOD & convenient. Proprietor Ms Fan is experienced & therapists offer a range of massages, scrubs & facials that are competitively priced.Love the fact that there s no need to travel far for reasonable spa treats!"
Leslie said, "I like the location of this hotel, being close to shopping, the mass transit system and the big park just a few blocks away. The service has always been good. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are fine. I find this to be an enjoyable place to stay. All the staff have good English."
Duchene said, "Very nice hotel, well located. Nice service."
Dario said, "The food is great, there were lots of variety to choose from. Rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful."
Yamana said, "The hotel well..$30 - 9000 baht to wash clothes every 3 days was a ripoffBeds were old and very uncomfortable3 days of hammer drilling above our heads was not pleasant and calls to the front desk were not actioned upon.Power points were unsafe and unusable at timesThe taxi touts at the hotel entrance were absolutely annoying and really got on our nerveson a positive tho -The food was exceptional and plentifulThe service was greatUnfortunately not a hotel that I would recommend to anyone from my experience after staying there"
SYLVAIN said, "super hotel bon rapport qualite prixtres bien placé autoroute, metro, restaurant, shopping"
Hervé said, "Very good and efficient service ! I recommand this hotel."
Bernt said, "It was a very good hotel.Service was top.It is not last time we are coming there."
Rodolphe said, "The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. The only downfall is that the hotel is a bit far from the airport. This hotel was OK without being exceptionnal."
Mr. said, "main hotel areas were well kept and clean....hotel room was a big disapointment....in england we say grubby .....everything in need of a good clean......especially the bathroom tiling, curtains and carpet....to be honest.....superior room? I dont think so...breakfast good and many gay people here..no worries to bring back a friend ;-)"
Raymond said, "very friendly, comfortable, good price and convenient location away from the heavy traffic and noise."
Klaus said, "Good Hotel at a reasonable price. Pinnacle Lumpinee is good located, not too far away from all important points in Bangkok."
Klaus said, "Pinnacle Lumpini is always a good address in Bangkok at reasonable prices. I can recommend this hotel this year again."
Peter said, "Rooms were average at best and looked a little dingy. Not the best location as there is very little that is accessible other than by taxi or train. Absolutely wonderful breakfast buffet that could not be faulted. Gym a poor excuse and rip off taxis at the hotel although the staff do advise not to use them. Hotel badly needs a makeover. Still not bad value."
John said, "Fine hotel, good location and great price with on line booking. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Too bad taxi service at front door tried to over charge, made a bad impression."
Bremer said, "Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Very good value."
