I return from outside Bangkok and stay from 10 to 12th July which I ask for smoking studio room, the reason, high fllor with view and large LCD TV. Why the different? Does guest who don t smoked panelise for given low floor and small TV.bEST REGARDS,Peter low"
Nasim stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2008-03-22 and said, "My stay at Palazzo this time was extremely pleasant. Hotel staff were always courteous and helpful. This hotel is located in the midst of the heavy night life area of Bangkok, so families with young children might not find the surrounding areas very palatable, however, there is absolutely no intrusion of night life related activities inside of the hotel premises, so one is at liberty to indulge in, or, reject such activities."
Frank stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2008-03-17 and said, "Great hotel at a very good location for a very good price (especially when booked through Sawadee.com). Have stayed here mulitple times and can highly recommend this hotel."

Mr. stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2008-02-04 and said, "Good hotel for budget visitor. I am satisfied of what I have paid. A local market just behind the hotel. Good place to visit if you love to explore the life style of local people. There are many local Thai restaurant at there. Very good price and some of them are clean."
abdul stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2008-01-26 and said, "well furnished rooms, great breakfast and nearness to MRT makes this hotel a great place to stay."
Petula stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2008-01-12 and said, "We had tried many small hotels in Bangkok. We found that Palazzo is the best. The room is in good size, only a bit dark but not affected us as we shopped the whole day. The buffet breakfast is perfect with many choices. The restaurant manager is very helpful. Many staffs in this hotel can speak English. It is good location if you want to visit Sunday Chatuchak market. Subway is only 5 mins walk from hotel. There is also interesting night market, behind hotel s subway station. We wil highly recommand this hotel."
David stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2008-01-04 and said, "Stayed here many times and as always I was very happy with the service"
Mr.Peter stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-12-30 and said, "We have stayed at the Palazzo before and are generally satisfied with it. The hotel is clean, comfortable and reasonable value. The only criticism we have, is that whenver we have stayed before, there is always something bizarre in the fittings that causes amusement; perhaps we were just unlucky. For example,we once had a bathroom where the shower fitting was only halfway up the wall, so it placed the water halfway up my chest. Suitable for a midget or a child, but not for most adult clients. This stay, we experienced again what we had in another room previously; tea-making facilities where the flex on the electric kettle was literally just four inches long, so the plug would only reach the socket if the kettle was rested on an inverted ashtray! These niggling little things detract from an otherwise well designed and furnished hotel. Breakfast is good, service fine from the staff."
Susanne stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-12-22 and said, "We could rekomende this hotel it´s ok,easy to take the subway down to city and MBK, etc."
David stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-12-15 and said, "Once again everything was perfect. For the price this is a very good hotel in a good location"
Tan stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-11-28 and said, "Room is clean and staff friendly. Everything s fine except that there seems to be a problem with the drainage. Bathroom floor remains wet until the poor chambermaids wipes it dry.."
Gary stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-11-18 and said, "I found the hotel at the level it is rated about 3 stars. I have stayed at the Grand Mercure Fortune Hotel down the street and I thought the room was about the same, just the coffee shop and other lobby amenities were a little lower. I found the A/c more than adequate and a bit too cold sometimes. The temperature adjustment only allowed for 2 degrees up or down was adequate for this time of year, fortunately, the fan was noisy but, tolerable. The bathroom was good sized but, alot of mold had built up in the grout. I was afraid I might catch a cold but, there is enough ventilation in the room that it did not happen in previous instances in hotels where the grout was black. Being asian and from the USA, I found the breakfast buffet adequate. The fruits were fresh and juicy and the asian items were good. And the eggs were prepared well. The staff were polite and were understandable in their english. All were very nice and polite. Overall, my experience was good with the hotel."
David stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-11-10 and said, "I was extremely suuprised at the quality of this hotel. For the price it was just fantastic. I have booked to go back there in december but this time in a suite. Exellent service and clean very goodHighly Recomended."
Heikki stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-10-08 and said, "I stayed in Palazzo again and it was still same as before. Only change was that the dining room was moved to ground floor. Service and especially the breakfast was as good as before. Only disadvantage was that the 7 Eleven opposite to the hotel was under reconstruction..."
Boonchai stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-10-02 and said, "The hotel location is good, if hotel have internet in free of charge...it would perfect"
soon stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-05-21 and said, "overall good..but the the room smell no good and internet should be given free...Thanks"
Cindy stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-05-03 and said, "Room was musty but clean. Other rooms in the same hotel were better. When the airconditioning broke in our room, it was fixed within an hour of reporting it. The staff are very courteous, helpful and made the stay enjoyable."
Au stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-04-14 and said, "It is a good experience staying at Palazzo. The room is clean ,the loacation is convenient, it close to the MRT station ,7eleven is at opposite. Just walk a few minutes to the big shopping mall"
Nguyen stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2007-02-18 and said, "hotel is very convenient location. in front of seven eleven store, 5 minute to huangwai MRT. Somboon sea food restaurant near Huangwai MRT is very delicious, reasonable prices. The staff of hotel is friendly. But the carpet of room is old"
Heikki stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2006-12-14 and said, "This time I got room 818 which supposed to be also Delux room, but the size of the room was much smaller than in 9th floor. Reception claimed that facilities did make it as Delux room, but water cooker and bath robes was all I found different comparing to Standard rooms. Even the TV-set was smaller than at 9th floor. Toilet-seat were suffering of some airflow from pipes, which caused annoying noice. Shower s water heater didn t work properly, so personel needed to fix it.In conclusion, Palazzo has seen its best days and personel tries to do their best to deal with aging hotel s inconveniences.Breakfast service is the best part of this hotel! And location near the MRT station ;-)"
Heikki stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2006-12-10 and said, "Room 913 (Delux room) was extensive, but room has seen better days. On 9th floor there was also open air terrace for some nice view over BKK.Breakfast was good and the service were always fast."
Nasim stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2006-12-02 and said, "Arrived at the Palazzo hotel at around 17.00 hours , on December 2, 2006, and presented my e-voucher at the reception desk. This e-voucher had been issued by sawadee.com and was charged to my credit card account. The lady at reception , to whom I had given my e-voucher, looked at some papers and then brazenly told me that my booking had been cancelled and there was no room at Palazzo. She said that I should go elsewhere for accommodation . As I had already paid the complete amount for my stay at Palazzo and it was the height of the tourist season, also rather late at night; her suggestion of seeking alternative accommodation was unreasonable. She said that I should phone sawadee.com regarding this matter. As I did not have my mobile phone and also did not know sawadee’s phone number, I requested her to phone sawadee.com; she ignored my request. As this specific lady receptionist was VERY unhelpful, I turned to another person at reception and explained my predicament, she phoned sawadee, got their confirmation and said that the receptionist I had spoken to originally, had made a mistake; a room was allocated to me. Got another surprise, when requesting a safety deposit box and was told that no less than five such boxes were broken, therefore I should keep my valuables in my room. Fortunately, this matter was rectified in a few hours and I was given a safety deposit box. Have stayed at Palazzo several times in the past and had found this hotel to be a generally pleasant place. Now, however, it seems that the functioning and management of this hotel needs improvement."
Winston stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2006-11-14 and said, "Clean, convenient to move about. Friendly staff."
Nasim stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2006-07-30 and said, "This is the second time that I have stayed at Palazzo, Bangkok. As in the past, I found this hotel to be excellent value for money. Staff were very helpful & courteous. My single quibble regarding this hotel is that there is no 24 hour english news channel available on the room TV. No BBC, or, CNN, or even that attrocious Fox News. There is however, internet available at the hotel premises, so one can always get th news , stock market data & other items of interest via the internet. Will stay at Palazzo on my next visit to Bangkok."
Nasim stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2006-07-30 and said, ""
Kelly stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2006-07-13 and said, "Believe me, This hotel is simply great for the budget. You can t ask for more. Great location, quiet, lots of massage parlour, a reputable Thai restaurant SHOOM BONG is nearby,MRT arround the corner, CAESER massage is across the street. Robinson shopping is further down. Hotel service good and room are big and clean. I have nothing to complaint but compliment."
Tan stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2005-12-08 and said, "Good friendly service. Excellent housekeeping. Room size ok but only shower without bath tub and no boiling water facilities!"
Nsim stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2005-05-09 and said, "Pleasant , clean, budget class hotel. Staff were always courteous, helpful and pleasant. The hotel is located very close to the Huay Kwang MRT station, which makes getting to the Sukumvit , or other areas, extremely easy. The hotel s location is close to the heavy night life areas, but these activities are un-obtrusive and one can stay at this hotel without in any way being bothered by the night life related activities if one chooses to ignore these."
OH stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2005-03-12 and said, "the room was nice and clean, bathroom too, staff were friendly. i stayed here because it was somewhat closer to the airport, cheaper than the airport hotels and i didn t have to contend with the traffic to get to the airport for an early morning flight."
Michael stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2004-12-10 and said, "The room is nice and clean, good value for the money. There is not a whole lot to see for tourist near the hotel. But the hotel is 5-minute- walk away from a MRT station, so it s accessable to the rest of the city. I find the breakfast just OK. It certainly can use some improvement."
Roch stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2004-10-10 and said, "Great value. Clean, spacious and very good service. Not a family hotel though due to location. Could do with internet connection though. Otherwise proximity to the subway (MRTA)is excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel to other people."
Huang stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2004-09-28 and said, "good hotel though located in the red light district. clean and large room. 5 min. to the subway. Hotel view is not good because it is hided in side the alley. Surrounded environment is not good to eat and massage, too expensive compared to Nana or Patpong. Anyway, good hotel to live. I had lived in residence two days ago, only 2/3 price of it and in the city center district. But I would rather live in Palazzo. Clean issue..."
WEN stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2004-09-20 and said, "it is a hotel with good position for massage and new subway station was nearby.girl friendly but the service of frontal desk not so good, the minibars drink water(plastic) charge for 90B,very rxpansive.not good place for a go go bsr and shopping mall"
Denise stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2004-07-27 and said, "We initially chose to stay at the Palazzo because of recommendation from friends. We returned a second time because of the great service, very lovely and clean facilities, reasonable price, and convenient location. The breakfast buffet is fabulous!"
Arthur stayed at Palazzo Bangkok on 2004-04-16 and said, "Good small hotel with a friendly staff and large room (deluxe single). Near to airport and South by airport golf courses Legecy and Pyana, 30 minutes. I plan to use this hotel again as it is part of large Emerald Hotel across the street."
