Aditya said, "Grt hotel, service, location and best b fast. The location might not be perfect for shoppers as the only mall at walking distance is Emporium and the rest are in Prathunam Area. Having said that the Hotel itself is good grt value and service. After check in never had use the phone as everything was taken care of and the staff was very helpful. The b fast is the most elaborate and tasty. Located close to BTS is perfect if u r looking at staying in the area."

Harri said, "First visit to Novotel Lotus dates back to 1997. Reception staff is utmost attentive, polite & cheerful. Breakfast buffet is one of the best of the many hotels I have visited in Asia during past 10 years. Coco s Cafe s buffet dinner is popular among locals, thus without pre-booking you might go empty handed. Rooms start to be worn out. Many high rise houses in the neighbourhood obstruct view. Emporium Shopping Mall (one of the fanciest in Bangkok) is just a small stroll away. I feel that the glorious days of Novotel Lotus are past and upgrading is urgently needed in the guest rooms."

David said, "Hotel location is good as right by the skytrain. Roads around the hotel are very dirty though. Good for the male contingent amongst you as many bars closeby with female company available! Food & drink generally overpriced but hotel is clean."

MEROUR said, "hotel confortable et agréable,seul bémol c est que lorsque je suis arrivée au petit déjeuner,alors que j étais en train de m asseoir,on m a demandé si je voulais un café,un thé,un jus d orange;J ai opté pour café et jus d orange,et en fait on m a facturé en plus le jus d orange,qui n étais pas compris dans le forfair buffet,mais ça personne ne me l a dit sur le moment;Et bien sur ce n était pas donné!Je trouve que ce n est pas très classe pour un hotel de cette catégorie."

Alan said, "No poblems with the hotel and services and is close to the Skytrain. Only problem to report is I was charged for breakfast when it was booked as included. I plan to write to the hotel re this oversight."

Roman said, "location: in the heart of shukumvit, only 5 minutes walk to the sky train, which is the best way to discover bangkok.hotel:it´s getting old and looked like a typical hotel from the 80´s. the rooms are very clean, but it would be a good idea to furnish them new. the pool is short and oldfashion.service:the service was overall very good and friendly"

Yet close to Sky train station, Very reasonable rate and practical for business travellers. The hotel is good value for money, the breakfast is average, and when they mention that breakfast ends at 10.30 am, it means that the last of the dishes are gone by 10.30 am. The bell desk / conceierage are very helpful"

Overall it was an excellent place to stay. I would reccomend this hotel."

Mike said, "This was a true 4 star hotel. I haven t juice and just about anything else from 5 areas of the world you could want. Really, something for everyone. My daughter (3 years old) swam everyday. We asked for a babysitter one night, they told us we really needed to give them 3 hours notice, but we wanted to leave soon for a massage and drinks. The Receptionist (thank you dear) came to our room and watched our daughter for us. She played with our daughter, fed her, and put her to bed before we were back from our massage to check on her. What a wonderful time we had that night.Room service was great. We bought some Mangos one day and that night we ordered room service and I asked for a sharp knife to peel my Mangos. They sent someone up, took our Mangos, and peeled them for us. Wow!We have absolutely no complaints. Our room was large and a good price. When we checked out our train was leaving for the south at 7pm. They let us check out at 3pm and the bellhops watched our luggage for us until we came back at 5:30 from shopping.We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and the BTS is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes on the BTS to get to Siam or Shilom. No need to take a taxi or tuk-tuk. Novotel Lotus is the place to stay in Bangok!"
