Friendly staff, good dining choices and even coffee, juice and pastries provided in the Lobby for our very early check out.Definately returning to this great welcoming hotel."

Goran said, "This is a very nice hotel. Breakfast is good. Pool area fine. Location is the best. Friendly and helpful staff. We couldn t keep our room until we left for our late night flight out of Bangkok, but we could use another room to get changed and relax. The only downside is price. Even for this hotel they seem a bit high."

Dr. said, "This was our second time in Bangkok and decided we wanted to stay in the Siam area this time. Usually we like small boutique hotels but the Novotel meet our needs perfectly. An upscale glass structure that still managed to be comfortable and welcoming. Wonderful staff, always helpful and food was wonderful. Even gave us a room to shower in after we checked out but were waiting for a late plane departure. A great location for walking and shopping. Would pick it again."

MONICA said, "We have a standard room 603 on 6th floor of 20,clean and nice.Bathroom realy nice.From window you see the MBK shopping center 10 min walk.About 5 min walk to sky train perfect locatin. Walk to Jim Thomsons museum ca.20 min.The pool area is nice and the staff werry frendly and helpful.Breakfast was noicy and staff picking al the time.It was not much space in the area.Its a big hotel and a lot of people,not relaxing.Nice live music in the lobby.For a standard romm, a little high price.But location is perfect.Monica & Jan from Sweden ,Märsta."

The rooms were a bit dull but with a great view and very comfortable.internet and airport transfers a bit on the expensive side, but really nice not having to be conned by Bangkok taxi drivers.....Good breakfast, a huge variety of different foods.Pool is nice, a bit cold and very slippery ground around....Best location in bangkok if you want to go shopping."

Gunnar said, "We were treated like kings and quees. An absolutely terrific hotel, situated in the very heart of Bangkok, where all the fun is. The staff is friendly, helpful and polite to an extent that we have never seen before. The breakfast arrangement is something we would not have missed for anything, we have neen seen anything so beautiful, never tasted anything so great and with a very large variety. Should we need a hotel in Bangkok again, we certainly will go for Novotel."

So central to all great shops, and only a Tuk Tuk ride to the markets and anywhere else of interest.The staff here especially were just so nice and helpful. Very professional, especially on the reception desk.The hotel itself was more than you could ever expect or want. Breakfast was not included, but I probably didn t ask for it to be included anyway, so that s my own fault.Great hotel."

Andrew said, "Excellent. I have they have all been 1st class. I arrived at 7.30am and they had me in my room at 9.00am even though check in was 2.00pm.Room is always of an excellent standard and the location is one of the best in Bangkok."

However, would like to comment on one thing in particular, which is the sound of the music (boom boom)from the disco in the basement come in the rooms and it get very irritating if you are trying to get some sleep. I was staying on the 7th floor on my way to Koh Samui and then again on the 5th floors on my way back."

Mr. said, "Ideally situated in Siam Square just 5 minutes walk to the Skytrain Central station. Hotel itself is a rather bland international style but staff are pleasant and helpful. All usual amenities are available and the breakfast buffets are adequate. Siam Square has many dining outlets, however, so we didn t try the hotel s restaurants. Good base to experience Bangkok."

Mr said, "This wasn t our first choice of hotel but it came from the recommendation of Sawadee. We re glad that we went with this hotel. Excellent location, a stones throw away from several shopping centres, Sky train central station and dozens of small boutiques around Siam Square. The hotel itself was great, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast in the morning should not be missed - what an array of choices. Good nightclub in the basement of the hotel which you would never know is there!! We will definitely stay here again when back in Bangkok."

Mr. said, "This was our 7th visite so you could say we really like this hotel.Very central located. Nice staff and very good breakfast with lots of choices.Some more fresh air in the rooms would be nice,windows could not be opend.The lack of fresh air made me feel sick sometime. Our duvee covers were not changed once during the entire stay(7nights)only the sheets and pillow covers."

You are a hop, skip and jump from the Skytrain, and you really can t beat the location.The buffet brekkie is to die for, and we were impressed by the level of security (examining bags, restricting parking outside etc.) Rooms are clean and of a decent size, and the same can be said for the pool! Noevotal Siam Square is a good choice, and one I have no hesitation in recommending to others."

Paolo said, "For convenience this hotel cannot be beat. It is in the midst of young lifestyle Bangkok , has a plethora of shopping either a leisurely stroll or a short skytrain ride away, and the same goes for the abundance of eating choices. There are four foot massage places across the parking lot. The rooms are a casual modern style, warm and not sterile/too edgy. The hotel staff are very accomodating and always have a smile to greet you with. It has a more than decent business center if you need to do some work. You cannot beat this level of service at this pricepoint."

Novotel is a good 4 star hotel with a friendly staff, nice looking rooms, good atmosphere and a great breakfast buffet:) The nightclub in the basement is a good alternative for those who want some fun, but not disturbing to those who want to sleep. The different restaurants are good and the lobby bar is relaxing and a nice place to take a drink after hours with shopping or sightseeing. If you choose this hotel you will get much for less money!"

Ronald said, "first rate, and at a very reasonable price. right in the center. restaurants reasonably priced. 100 baht in a taxi weter gets you anywhere. fill up the fidge with drinks from the 7/11 as the hotel drinks are costly. staff courteous and helpful. why spend 250 bucks on a five star hotel when you can stay four stars at a third of the price ? bottom line is we recommend the hotel strongly !"

Raphael said, "The service at the counter was polite and welcoming and the breakfast was quite good.But the room was not clean. There were lots of ants in the room and there were bloodstains along the toilet bowl. My wife was really disgusted and it really upset her. At the fitness room for the ladies, the steam bath switch was locked and even when my wife finally got someone to unlock it, it was locked back again when she was in the shower.So, she ended up having a fustratint time and no steam bath.We will not use this hotel again.The hotel was disappointing, especially more so since we came from another hotel before that and that hotel was fantastic."

Our only complaints were that the windows didn t open making the room a bit stuffy and the shower pressure was rather low. The quality of the Thai food we had from room service was superb. We were happy to find a tea kettle in the room for making hot drinks."

Lauren said, "We arrived at the hotel at four in the afternoon and were told that our room had not been cleaned yet and could I come back in an hour! Not what I wanted to hear after 10 hours of travel. I questioned that in an 18 floor hotel they didn t have one clean room we could check into? I was told that since we booked through an online company, we could only have a room on the 8th floor. . .when we finally got our room, it was nothing special and not very clean. The hotel is centrally located, has a nice pool and has easy access to all types of food, however."

Ronald said, "a pice of paradise. excellent hotel mto chill out for a few days and at 70 bucks a night for a five star hotel, you could not get a better deal.i cannot fault this hotel.all i can say is that if you want to get away from the tourist resorts and need afew days piece of quiet, then stay at the anantara resort. believe me you will enjoy every minute !!"
