Janice said, "i always stay at the miracle grand when i visit thailand which is at least 3 times a year.the hotel staff are helpfull and friendly, the rooms lovely, spacious and clean equipped with all you need. the restaurants and service is good too. i would reccommend this hotel and will be going back later this year."

Our one comment would be that despite being advised, twice, by reception and the night staff in the restaurant, that breakfast was available 24 hrs a day they had not communicated this to the rastaurant! Otherwise comfortable, quiet and well run and equipped."

Janice said, "I go to Thailand at least twice ayear and always stay at the Miracle Grand Convention Hotel.It is about an hours drive from the new airport which will cost you 500 Baht.The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly helpfull and welcoming.The breakfast is buffet style and very good and the food in the resurants good too.Good value for money and I would reccommend this hotel."

Kishore said, "It was a very good hotel and all arrangements were in place when i checked in. Rooms were of a very good size and comfortable. Good cleanliness. Only the business centre closed too early (9.00 pm) when the USA as just opened and Eurpoe is on lunch. They should do something about it otherwise verything was very good"

Kyla said, "As always the Deluxe room was fantastic value. In the same trip we staye d at the Novotel for around the same price but the room, ammenities, service etc were of nowhere near the same quality."

Eoin said, "Perfect for an overnight stopover stay. Collection and return to the airport was very smooth. Room was excellent, though bathroom wasn t as clean as it should have been. Breakfast was good, facilities within the room were very good. I didn t use the pool or other hotel amenities."

Only downside is the distance to the innercity.I can recommend this hotel to everyone who don t care too much about the distance to the citycenter. Very good price for what you get."

S.K. said, "This is a very convenient place to stay near the Don Muang airport, if you have to get there early. The room was clean, facilities good, rooftop pool a nice plus, and the Thai food in the coffee shop is quite respectable. They are a little weird on charging things to the rooms -- a drink at the rooftop bar had to be paid in cash. Not a lot of local character, but convenient, helpful staff, not too pricey, and clean."

Jacqueline said, "We booked a deluxe room and it was great. It cost about A$130 through Sawdee. We were surprised as we weren t expecting the room to be that nice. We had read reviews relating to the superior room and there were comments that the carpet was tired. Maybe that is the case with the superior rooms (we didn t get to see one though) but the deluxe rooms are great - big bed and big rooms. The service there was excellent. Breakfast was good - the usual hot and cold breakfast options with good coffee. We used the gym and it was ok, a little on the small side but had ok equipment. We would highly recommend this place if you need a stop over before another flight as its a nice hotel with good service and conveniently located. We got in late (around 11pm) and the transfer was there waiting for us. There were some other people on our flight that we were waiting for and we waited 10 minutes and then the guy waiting for us arranged for us to be taken to the hotel and he not have to travel to far back. The lobby is nice too! Would stay here again but not sure what will happen to future international flights with the new airport opening."

T said, "The hotel is fine, but we were only there a short while to transfer to Koh Samui early the next day. We had a lot of problems with the airport shuttle service as our group arrived at different times and from different locations. I landed up going to the airport each time to make certain people were being collected! We had emailed the hotel previously but no-one replied."

Jim said, "Good price and perfect location if you are flying out early in the morning (hotel just 10 minutes from airport and has free shuttle). Nice clean rooms that oddly feature a tv hanging in the shower. Good breakfast buffet as well."

The free shuttle service is a bonus, the rooms are spacious and immaculate with all the necessary complementary products to enhance the experience. A nice touch also was the small fruit platter in our room on arrival!"

However, if you need a place to stay that is reasonably priced and offers a high standard of accomodation, the Miracle Grand is a good contender. It s particularly convenient if you want to get to/from the airport with a minimum of fuss, being approx. 10 mins drive away. Ideal for when you ve just arrived after a long flight and don t want to sit in Bangkok s notorious traffic jams. Equally good for ensuring a smooth getaway at the end of your holiday. Nice breakfasts and a free shuttle service to the airport. Rooms are modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Recommended."

Debbie said, "This is a wonderful hotel - beautiful clean and large rooms, 4 restaurants, nice pool and gym, and very helpful staff. Would highly recommend it for overnights to/from the airport. The only problem was their pickup service at the airport, they were not there when we arrived."

Rodgers said, "One of the most efficient hotels we have every whisked us away immediately--got us back to the airport with a waiting car). They even packed a box breakfast for us because we needed to leave earlier than the breakfast buffet. Excellent and clean rooms with nice showers. Highly recommended if you need to stay out by the airport."

Sheri said, "The Miracle Grand is an excellent hotel for overnight airport stays. We provided our flight information to Sawadee and a hotel driver was waiting for us just outside the airport arrival gate. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport and just off the main highway. The rooms were very clean and nice- beautiful rooms, powerful hot shower and there really is a tv in the shower! Because we had to check out before the breakfast buffet opened that morning, the hotel had boxed up a breakfast for us and provided it at checkout. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

Still convenient - but with the new airport opening soon there will be little need to visit this hotel. Our room looked out over a paper recycling plant. Comfortable - and an excellent breakfast. Stephen said, "Anyone into wireless internet connection is only avaliable on 10th Floor and above. Only knew after enquiring about it. Denial room change after check-in even there is rooms avaliable.Very rude front desk manager. And do not expect any email reply."

I like this hotel and we were happy with buffe in this hotel,in the room also good, just anoying us that we have to use single bed not double bed, even we are family!!!anyway regarding on my booking, and I am a Thai people, I could not get low prise... that concern me and I though I won t stay in this hotel anymore.... even this hotel have lovely buffe and nice room."

The pool was very nice and the gym great with very new equipment (and a good variety of equipment). Each of the meals we had were superb. Even room service arrived within half and hour, hot and delicious! Highly recommend this hotel. Particularly at the price that we were able to get it on Sawadee."

Roy said, "The Hotel was fantatic. Professional curtiousness started from the first hotel staff member I met which was at the airport. Entering the magnificent front lobby has to be experianced to believe. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The main floor resturant and buffet was well provisioned with something for everyone with a vast selelction that would make it imposible to try one of everything at one sitting. This includes the great breakfast buffet which is included in some suite pricing, well worth the money. The room was quite even though the airport is not far away, 15 minutes by shuttle. Inside the suite it was large with all that you would need. Lots of space for luggage and a safe in the room. Room service was excellent and the house keeping staff made sure everything was in its place and clean.The excercise room was well equiped and the outside pool with lounge was nice to relax at.We tried the Chinese resturant on the second floor and enjoyed the meal. We liked our stay so much we . My wife and I would stay here again as well and would recommend it to anyone. It is value priced and you will not be disappointed."

Passengers arriving at terminal 2 using the free shuttle should be aware that the Miracle Grand representative waits on the left side (towards taxis) and not on the right like most other hotel represenatives. Also, there is abolutely nothing within walking distance from the hotel, so it s really just for one night between flights."

Everyone friendly and helpful, even clued us in that the money exchange at the airport had a better rate. 10 minutes to the airport, with a free shuttle service. So I say, you can t go wrong. We only transited thru the hotel, and it more than met our needs, but it should be noted that it s pretty far out of central Bangkok, if that is your goal."
