Aznee said, "Great location eventhough taxi driverhad problems finding the hotel. Near to 7-Eleven and Chong Nonsi BTS. The shower wasn t so pleasant as the water turned hot and cold from time to time. The room is clean and comfortable. Free minibar. Friendly staff and good service. Juz one thing bothering me that there was no mirror in the room."

LEONG said, "The bathroom is small. There is no mirror in the room. overall the room is nice and clean. This hotel is well located. Very near to the Chong Nonsi BTS Station and 7-11 shop."

Kelly said, "Very nice, modern hotel. Great location, breakfast was alright... nothing special. The pool was just getting built so it would have been a much better stay if it was done! Would stay again."

A said, "The hotel is new and we upgraded to a suite for 500 baht as we couldn t get a non smoking room with a double bed. The suite was well appointed and modern with a LCD TV and kitchenette. There was slight traffic noise at night and the toilet door swiveled in a funny direction. For everything else that the suite offered, there was no mirror in the room. The staff were very friendy and accomodating. The hotel location is really convenient with a BTS station just next door, but the taxi driver from the airport had trouble finding it. We would stay here again-good value overall."

lawrence said, "Lovely rooms but could not use the sink because the tap water had a putrid smell of sewage. Therefore, used the shower water instead. Also, construction of large office building next door. Very difficult for taxi s to find the hotel since it is on a small street. Staff is very good but the above has to be rectified before going back again. Otherwise, eventually it will be a super little place."

Mark said, "The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everybody there seemed like they knew what they were doing and enjoyed helping me and the other guests. If I ever get back to Bangkok, I will certainly consider staying there again."

cheah said, "great place, and clean too...toilet may be a bit small, but nevertheless clean overall. near and convenient .. 3mins to BTS Chong nonsithe missus and i enjoyed throughly and would definitely go back again ! one issue.. theres only one entrance and one guard..anyone couldve come up..also breakfast is just normal . 3 dishes, eggs, bread, croissant. but youre not meant to eat american bfast in bangkok rite..."

Andrea said, "What to say? Great value for the price! The hotel is only 2 minutes walk fron the Choang Nonsi skytrain station, rooms are tidy, staff is smiling and very kind (I got a very late check out at a very good price) When the rooftop swimming pool (now been built) will be ready I-Residence will be a perfect spot in the middle of the Silom area. Breakfast is not the most beutiful one I ve ever seen but I ve had much worst ones in more expensive hotels. One only remark: room aircon is quite noisy."

Alexander said, "The hotel is conveniently located, just a 2-minutes walk from the Chong Nonsi BTS station. The interior decoration of the room is also tasteful. You have to however bear with the water heater and the inadequate water pressure which make your shower less than enjoyable. Moreover, the buffet breakast offers far less choices than expected. Quite amazingly, the sliced fruits are placed in plastic boxes which are of the type that you would only use in your own fridge."

Jose said, "The Deluxe Room is not that big and that the beddings are not changed everyday. Overall, the hotel is worth the price."

richmond said, "For the price i paid (SGD$103) per night, I dont think it is worth the money due to the following reasons:1. The water pressure in the room is poor. Takes a longer time to complete my shower2. Currently, there is a building under construction that locates directly opposite i-residence. As early as 8am, I was awaken by the noise from the construction site.3. The wall the separate my room and the room next door is hollow. I can hear the snoring of the guest next door.The only advantage for staying in I-residence is the location, which is very near to Chong Nongsi BTS."

happyman said, "Location good but not really up to standard and drive you nuts when you have noisy neighbours. Housekeeping is weird and when they made the bed can slip the remote control into the pillow case ...! Front Desk ok and air con ok... poor breakfast and lack of facilities...The LCD TV is of no voice for some channels...Taxi driver did not know about the hotel..so just tell them chong nonsi bts is much better"

Bjornar said, "This hotel is brand new, opened 2 months ago. Very nice rooms with some details that makes this hotel stand out compared to other hotels. The design of the hotel and the staff at the hotell makes you remember your stay here. Its not just another hotel, it s the small details that makes you feel that this is a new experience. Have wired broadband connections in all rooms. Free minibar! Good service. 50 meters to nearest BTS Skytrain station. Taxi drivers had problems finding the hotel, but found out that the best way was to not tell them the name of the hotel. Just ask them to take you to Chong Nonsi BTS station, then you are at the right place."

The hotel is less than 50 metres away from the Chong Nonsi BTS; a stop from Sala Daeng BTS which is where Silom Rd and the infamous Soi 4 & Patpong are; and 3 stops from Siam BTS where the heart of shopping is.Perhaps the hotel is only 2 months old, so the room is clean and smelled freshly painted. Value for money.Housekeeping and the rooftop breakfast can be improved."

said, "Excellent location, especially for those who are looking for night life. The shower in room 207 wasn t so pleasant as the water turned hot and cold from time to time. Recommend you to bring your own ammenity too, the provided one was rather lousy.Also you could hear the loud noise of water running through the pipe frequently. If you are not a sensitive person, I would recommend this hotel to you."
