Samuel said, "PROS: Great hotel design. Great breakfast included in booking with Thai and western favorites. Great gym with all new quality machines and weights. Great pool but not much sun time due to high rises surrounding. 2-3 blocks from skytrain station. They gave us a free room upgrade to a really great suite due to our flight bringing us into Bangkok late. CONS: Expensive bar with weak drinks. Expensive internet access. Expensive food. Expensive transport from airport to hotel included in booking price. 1000 Baht!!! You can get a taxi meter to do it for around 300-400 Baht. Great place if you have the money to throw down."

Zeyad said, "Wow hotel.. it was our honeymoon and we got an upgrade to suite actually was not a suit was a small appartment. the location is very good the service is perfect and i loved their breakfast i would go again for my next trip."

Mr. said, "Very nice hotel but the staff are all recently employed and not used to their positions, some are very bad in English. Hopefully this will improve, the hotel open up 6 months ago."
