As I walk around alot (much to the surprise of the Thai s) the For You Residence is ideal for me as I can get to anywhere in the city. If you re looking for luxury then this place is probably not for you but for a clean, comfortable and friendly budget hotel it s fine. Have a nice day."

Mr stayed at For You Residence on 2008-03-30 and said, "I stayed a total of 8 nights in the period 03-30 util 04-22.Very good location on Silom Road, 1 min walk to Silom Village. Skytrain Surasak station 5 min walk. Rooms are big and well maintained.Rooms vary a little bit, facing front you have bigger bathrooms.Beds are very hard, but i dont mind that. Cleaning is good.Staff are excellent. Breakfast just ok.Next door, there is an fantastic Indian restaurant.Will definetely stay there again."

Am happy with the mattress, hard but comfortable unlike most of the other hotels which will cause you pain after a night s sleep. Had requested for an adjoining room through my email, for my 2 boys and it was arranged and ready for us to check-in without any hassle. Check-in process was very fast & efficient, less than 3 minutes. Breakfast is good, properly done and tasty. This hotel is conveniently located, close to 7-11 and other food outlets. Generally, no complains on hotel staff. They are helpful and courteous. 5 minutes walk from BTS Surasak station."

Petula stayed at For You Residence on 2008-01-14 and said, "Small hotel locate in city center and close to skytrain station no. S5 (5 to 10 mins walk from hotel). But taxi is very convenient in this area. If 2 persons or more, it is cheaper to take taxi. The room is good for 2 persons and very clean. Breakfast is basic but good enough to start a day. Don t forget to try body and foot massage at Chang Foot massage and Spa (sorry to note that not the one at hotel). You have to walk about 10 mins (opposite to Narai Hotel)."

Exceptional and helpful staff. Convenient for shopping in local markets and taxi ride to Night Bazaar. Internet and breakfast available in lobby. I recommend it!"

Ask the staff to wake you up for breakfast especially on the first day as you have traveled long and probably come from another time zone in a differant hemesphere - if not you ll get no breakfast:) We enjoyed our stay very much! Lee stayed at For You Residence on 2007-08-12 and said, "The staffs are friendly and helpful. The downside are the hotel didn t provide any drinking water, not even a kettle. We have to buy from outside. Furthermore, the bed is too hard and uncomfortable. Actually, is quite not worth the money we had paid."

David stayed at For You Residence on 2007-08-05 and said, "We found the hotel room to be quite clean, bright and airy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest skytrain station which is convenient. The Silom area is a business district so those wanting a tourist-friendly area may be disappointed. The breakfasts were reasonable though nothing special. As others have noted, the beds are quite hard and the pillows uncomfortable so despite the room looking nice, it was hard to get a good night s sleep. We were facing away from the street and traffic noise was not a problem. The bathroom was small but clean. Water pressure on the 6th floor was lacking. I would recommend the hotel for the price but the bed was a big letdown."

The food in the hotel is OK and you will live after eating it. I also used the massage facilities and it was great. I had lots of trouble trying to use the phone. I have stayed her for 3 different trips now and I would stay here again."

Mark stayed at For You Residence on 2007-04-27 and said, "I have been to Bangkok many times but somehow never managed to stay at this hotel until this past week. The location is perfect - right across the road from Silom Village and to walking distance to Pat Pong. The rooms are neat and clean. The thing that stands out most for me though is the staff. They are honest, friendly and very thoughtful. I arrived from Shanghai very early one morning and half asleep I put my camera away (expensive one - cost about $2000 CDN. Later I could not find it and thought that I had left it itnt he taxi - the front desk phoned the taxi compnay etc. but no luck - I jounrmeyed on to Koh Samui less my camera - I came back to Bangkok and checked back into this hotel - the house cleaning staff had found my camera - and there it was. They could have taken it and I would have been none the wiser- but they did not they found it for me and kept it for me.When I left the hotel I had to catch an early monring flight - 6:00 am - so had Nat in the SSN WORLD CO. (travel agent) book a taxi for me. The next morning at 4:30 she phoned me from home just to make sure I got the taxi -Love this hotel and love the staff!!"

Kashtan stayed at For You Residence on 2007-03-18 and said, "The Hotel was very very good compared to the pricing.....the room service were good, toilets very clean, room spacious & good, stuffs inside the refrigerator is priced just as much as normal shops....so it was cool & worth it. I will stay there afterwards too."

Pam stayed at For You Residence on 2007-03-12 and said, "For You Residence Hotel was convenient, clean, reasonable price and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the waterworks worked. The skytrain is a bit of a walk (10-15 mins)or if your are brave, a motorcycle taxi (20baht). The internet in the room is only dial up but you can purchase an internet card at 7-11 across the street and surf in your room for the cost of a phone call (6 baht). The breakfast is the usual farang fare. I skipped it. And the room overlooks Silom Rd which was little noisy but not too bad for Bangkok. All in all I would say this room was good value and would recommend it. I live in Thailand and have seen alot not to recommend."

David stayed at For You Residence on 2006-12-17 and said, "Good value for where it is in Bangkok.Half way (15 min walk) between the river where you can get the water taxi everywhere (for only 13 Baht) and 15 mins to the bars and restaurants of Patpong.Lovely rooms and friendly staff but don t expect a bar or restaurant, though the inclusive breakfast is pretty good."
