Decoration and furniture would need to be a bit more up-to-date, but globally this was a convenient and nice stay. (location 20 meters from metro is very convenient as we can escape from Bgk numerous traffic jam)"

The dining room for breakfast was untidy and messy and after dining once would not return.The hotel should make it known where its main patronage comes from.Going on our experience this is a hotel that is not suitable for europeans.The Staff are excellent."

Also on the plus side, there is a good internet business center (tho a bit pricey at B500/hr), and Fortune hotel has a good complimentary breakfast, is attached to a large shopping center, and is in easy highway access to the bkk airport. On the minus side, some room fixtures were in dis-repair (broken toilet seat lid) and the room s security safe had a defective battery and would not always operate. Overall, I would recommend this hotel."

Although well out from the central shopping/tourist areas, this is not a problem as there is a subway station very near the front door. I enjoyed my stay, and could not find any fault."
