There is free pool, fitness center and sauna also there is internet center, spa salon but for the many. The rooms are clean and light. The staff is enjoyable. There is restorant with good choice meal. We were disappointed only with changed Thai style in decorate. It became more european not Thai. While we spent good time in Eastin hotel and we will go back there next time."

So does the bell desk staff. They seems to have that can t be bothered attitude. The room was so so. The shower curtain had mold on it, very bad mold. I checked out after two nights, for the same price, I had a better hotel at a better location. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody."

All staff were friendly including their housekeeping staff. Always greet us with smile..We feel so appreciated. Apart from that, the room was really nice. We ve been upgraded to deluxe room because they were out of superior room on that day. Very nice indeed even though we ve been given two separate single bed instead of one queen/king bed. The toilet is awesome too..very luxurious feeling. But we wish they have coffee/tea making facilities in every room. They even have free shuttle van everyday to nearest BTS station and other famous place. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit..."

Received upgrade to superior room - in acceptable condition given the price paid through Sawadee. Good breakfast and service."

Erleg stayed at Eastin Hotel & Spa Bangkok on 2006-01-18 and said, "It was a pleasant stay. We were immediately transferred to Executive suite since we require internet connections. But the thing is, two single beds were joined together. No queen size bed was available that time. The internet connection is too expensive at 100THB per 15 mins whereas other hotels are offering it free. We decided to hooked up on nearby internet shops where they only charge 40THB per hour or 60THB on malls. The room was fine but the carpet needs replacement. Breakfast was fair. The staff were quite polite and attentive to our needs. Overall, it was a fair stay in the hotel. We ll probably try to book in other hotel in our next trip."

The buffet breakfast selection is also quite extensive and appealing."
