Mrs. stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2008-03-25 and said, "The hotel added 1 bed for my child and no charge for both the bed the breakfast. Internet speed was very very slow. Room is big and the service is good."
Lee stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2008-03-06 and said, "Good location and room are well equipped and clean. Price reasonable and the staffs are well trained. Free coffee and tea at lobby. Will come back to any Centre Point Hotels."
Norman stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2008-03-06 and said, "The downtown Center Point is top value for the money. Although the cost is more than many hotels the quality is 5 star. When my wife and I saw the room we were concerned that it might be a $200 per night cost...not so. Close to all the shopping and luxury living with excellent hotel service. We will certainly use Center Point as our Bangkok hotel from now on."
Mrs. stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2008-02-23 and said, "This was my third visit to Centre Point Would stay there again, Fantastic position, excellent room, good service and value for money. Requested twin beds in two rooms, but got double, but we were provided with a rollaway."
Shiu stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2008-02-13 and said, "Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a DVD/CD player in the room and movies are available for borrowing from hotel.Good service and the staff are generally quite friendly.Location is good, not too far from major shopping centers.Breakfast is sufficient although you may feel bore after a few mornings eating the same things. One more point to mention, the hotel arranged a instant photo-shooting machine on Feb 14th for the hotel guests to take photos with their other half at free of charge on Valentine s Day. Small thing but it can tell that the hotel management is very considerate to make the guests feel happy during their stay. Should give good credits to the hotel management."
Ms.W stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2008-02-13 and said, "Very clean, good security, spacious, well decorated, well worth value for money with free internet and in prime location. We always stay in this place when we are back to Bangkok. Now with the extended area for Breakfast might help a bit in high season but still very busy indeed. So don t come down for breakfast too late, unless you may need to fight for a seat. :) I think this point can be improve a bit. But so far still see people manage to get seat. I like breakfast here too, many choices."
Martin stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2008-01-18 and said, "stayed there my 4th or 5th time, still a very nice place to stay, greetings to the nice ladies at the number one shop down the place, miss you..hope to be back soon...sawadee krab, martin from germany"
Mikhail stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-12-01 and said, "This time stay just 1 night. Have the best room at 29 floor with balcony and great view of bangkok! Eat at blue spice cafe and for reasonable price get a very good lunch"
Mikhail stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-11-15 and said, "bathroom have small problems and room look like very old one. this time wait to long at reception. safe deposit in the room is closed and have a problem with opening, but solved very quickly. any way will come back because stay with baby 2 year old and having microwave owen in the room is very good for me"
Robert stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-10-29 and said, "Large, bright and clean rooms, with internet point, tv & DVD player. Wide selection of good Thai and Western food. Polite, yet friendly staff. Central location for easy shopping. A real winner."
Christoph stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-07-30 and said, "Great hotel - fantastic pool, friendly staff and the best breakfast I have ever enjoyed in a hotel of this standard. The rooms are more like appartments with a kitchen and a living room -corner. Only downside: NO taxi driver knew the hotel and even when I handed them the business card of the hotel with the address (in thai language) on it, they wouldn´t know where to go... But as the big shopping centers are only a short walk away, it´s recommendable to direct the drivers to one of those and walk the rest of the way. In my opinion it´s still the best value for the money in Bangkok."
Anett stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-06-29 and said, "Great Hotel, good location, good value for the money. As Bangkok is a city who never sleeps avoid rooms towards the street, they are noisy."
Ryuji stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-06-21 and said, "Good location Staff is very frendry"
Ms. stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-06-09 and said, "We found Centrepoint Petchaburi to be as good as centrepoint Silom, our studio apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff were great. The location is good with Pratunam Markets and street markets close by. We would not hesitate to return to any Centrepoint after our experience at both Silom & Petchaburi."
Ofer stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-06-05 and said, "good location"
Paul stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-05-29 and said, "The hotel was excellent with reasonable sized rooms, good facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and with plenty of choice. The evening meals were a little less inspiring. However the Baiyoke Sky is 10 mins away and the 82 floor buffet is great. Most taxi drivers did not know of the Hotel but mention the Pantip Plaza and no problem. The footpaths are terrible and you will need to watch where you are walking as you weave you way through the throngs of people and stalls selling just about everything. Bridges across the roads are very steep to climb. We found it better to take taxis, tuk-tuks are generally less comfortable and often more expensive. Will stay there again."
Hakan stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-04-10 and said, "Great hotel Great location for shopping and Great staff will use this next time in Bangkok....Great value for money"
Tang stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-04-06 and said, "It s my 2nd time staying in centrepoint petchburi. Nice apartment to stay in with friendly staff to be at your service. Good location as wholesales market is just round the corner."
Mike stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-03-24 and said, "good clean hotel, very good food and friendly staff..room was fine good size with all the household amenities..bit of work was bieng done on f floor but wasnt much of a problem..only one gripe really the B21,000 deposit for the room was a bit high..having already paid in full..could they be a little more trusting to thier guests...all in all enjoyed my stay.."
John stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-03-23 and said, "My third stay in Centre Point Petchburi 15 and my first time to use it from the new airport and not as long a transfer as I had expect, much the same as Don Muang airport. A good stay as expected and I was given a 1pm check out which is of great help when you have a late flight. It would be ideal if more tables were available in the restaurant for breakfast as it was quiet busy and I had to share with another quest who kindly allowed me to sit at his table."
private stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-02-26 and said, "I would rate this as a good three star hotel I was staying in a serviced studio (with kitchen. No tea or coffee was supplied in room (bring your own) kitchen facilities were overall good as was the room. My only annoyances were:-House keeping was erratic (11.30 through to 3.30 you could expect a visit) I was ill during my trip found this annoying that I was unable to rest because I had no idea when they were going to appear, if you use the ‘do not disturbsign randomly they call you on the in room phonedo you want your room cleaned yet? Makes the sign pointless. When the beds are made up, unless you actually get in the bed (they don’t make it from fresh) they just pull the sheets straightbecause its hot I sleep on top the covers, found not making the bed disgusting given room price…I stayed at centre point - Petchburi 15 (there are seven ‘Centre Pointhotels, but this is the only true central one) however, this comes at a cost Petchburi road is extremely busy (think highway going though the city) I was on the 17th floor, the road noise was still clearly audible with windows and balcony doors closed at night. This after I requested no noise at booking BUT I was thankful to be on the 17th floor I could not stand being nearer the noise at night.Half the hotel staff were gold, the rest e.g. during check in (management) come across as being arrogant and having a superior attitude to everyone including the guests. For example on walking to the front desk to check in I had to wait for a private conversation to end, shuffling of paper (then more talking among themselves with them finally and with a rather hassled tone of voice asked if they could help! Every other hotel I have stayed in they seem to value guests…Oh and they are not flexible about check in, if you check in early it will cost you 1000baht (but you can request they watch your luggage so you can explorer). Ultra good points, hotel is very clean and pleasantly warm (the aircon in room is faultless) quiet and ultra cool, in room network Internet access (very fast and reliable). The free buffet breakfast was amazing served till 10.30am get down about at least 40 mins before that, this will ensure a decent choice of dishes. The dimsum and selection of continental pastries were my favourites, also on top of the pre-cooked dishes like beef and green beans (they have an omelette chief that will cook a fresh and custom omelette for you). Gym was good (I did not use the pool) but it looked good. Last point this hotel is very secure many hotel guards yet they are total guest friendlyno joiners fee, no questions, just smiles."
Kazakov stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-02-17 and said, "Right location, fine quality"
patricia stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-02-13 and said, "The best thing about this hotel is its location - very handy to all the shopping malls accessible from the skytrain and right opposite Pantip Plaza. The breakfast was good plenty of choice. However The renovation works seriously detract from a stay there at the moment. These are due for completion at the end of June 20007. Our room service wasn t very good as essential toiletries weren t replaced and a light bulb didn t work throughout our stay. Nevertheless a good hotel for the serious shopper!"
Scott stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-01-27 and said, "Very nice hotel. its service appartments so our room had a kitchenette, better for longer stays. they staff are very friendly. many renovations at the time, but will be finished shortly. the location is supurb, near all major shopping complexes imcluding Pratunam, MBK, Platinum Fashion, and Siam Centre."
Peter stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-01-22 and said, "I was very happy with the location and the apartment. I would suggest that a small quantity of tea/coffee be made available in the apartment. I arrived after 22h00 and no coffee available. I have had better breakfasts elsewhere. Pity about the construction works taking place."
James stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-01-19 and said, "I would highly recommend Centre Point. The room was beautiful and clean with all facilities that you would expect in a serviced apartment in a central location. The staff were wonderful as was the breakfast. The only downside was that there was renovations going on in the entrance but don t let that deter you."
Andrew stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-01-16 and said, "We spent four nights at Centrepoint 15 and would recommend it to anyone looking for decent quality budget accomodation that s easily accessible and has reasonable amenities. There is a refurb underway, meaning the entrance area is a building site and some disruption occured in the corridoors during the day, but Sawadee mentioned that before booking and unless you intend to spend all day in your room it had little effect. Ratathewi BTS is about 5-7 minutes away, with numerous food places nearby. The pool was decent, though the Germans managed to bag the limited sunbeds by six am, the gym well equipped and a sizeable breakfast buffet style served until 10.30am. The concierge even agreed to get us a meter taxi to the airport at 5am, something I ve never found at a Bangkok hotel before. We liked it and would certainly stay there or a sister establishment again."
Geir stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-01-14 and said, "All over a good hotel with good location. Good value, good breakfast buffet. The only drawback I can think of is that waterpressure is a bit low. The hotel is currently renovating the reseption area on the first floor, but all the facilities such as restaurant, swimming pool, fitness room are in the 4th floor, so its really no problem. I would also highly recommend Mr. Napa Pongsai who runs his limosine service from Centre Point. His english is really good, his car is much better than a taxi and he drive resposible. And he does not charge more than a regular taxi. The man to speak with for your transport needs."
Carol stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2007-01-02 and said, "Hotel was great ....Lovely spacious rooms which are pristine. Close to shopping area....can walk everywhere. Breakfasts great ...service wonderful"
Marie stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-12-22 and said, "Very nice location. Very freindly and polite staff, they where helpful and nice. Big rooms, clean and proper but maybee a bit old / worn"
Fred stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-12-18 and said, "Inexpensive hotel but just as nice or nicer than hotels costing twice as much. (We had stayed at the Amari the three previous years and found the rooms at Salathai to be almost as nice.) The rooms were clean and spacious with nice decorations. No ocean view from any of the rooms, but all the rooms have a nice pool view. Shower, AC, and TV worked perfectly. Lobby is nice, but perhaps a bit loud if you are easily irritated by the passing traffic. (I had no problem with the traffic noise). Staff were nice. Breakfast buffet was a bit sparse. Had the usual Euro/US cuisine but very little Thai cuisine. Wireless available in the rooms but signal may be weak. Best signal is in the lobby. Internet service can be slow at times too. Cost of wireless is 60 baht/hr. Pool is stylish and functional. Hotel supplies soccer balls and other items to play with in the pool. The beach is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Seven minute walk to the main street in Patong Beach that gets closed off every night. Overall, the hotel was excellent, especially considering the price (about 2300 baht/night)."
Raviv stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-11-30 and said, "the room was big and very comfotable. house keeping was very good.breakfeast was good ,and staff in dinning room were very nice.the people in reception can be more friendly and polite.location is good.we will return."
Mikhail stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-11-30 and said, "Stay only 1 night but it suprise me. The best money effective Thailand hotel I ever see. Next time will stay for sure !"
Peter stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-10-24 and said, "COMFORTABLE STAY ON THIS OCCASSION. IF THEY COULD JUST GET THE ELEVATORS SORTED !!!!!!"
Stella stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-09-23 and said, "biggest peeve about this hotel : THE LIFTS ARE THE SLOWEST CREATURES ON EARTH! There was only one lift servicing 30 floors when we were there, and it was a HUGE waste of time waiting for the lifts daily.Furthermore, the road outside was ALWAYS JAMMED. And the hotel wasnt exactly the nearest to the BTS station, it took us ten minutes to walk to the nearest one. The rooms also looked rather old, but had a small kitchen to cook in should the inspiration strikes. Service was indifferent in this hotel, especially at the front counter.Only saving grace for this hotel was that it is near to Platinium Mall, the shopping mecca for girls. otherwise, not a hotel i will stay in ever again."
Lee stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-09-18 and said, "I Have staye at this services apartment several times , is very nice and never disappoints ,the room is always sportlessy clean and staff also very helpfull, great location. 很好的服务臺,及好的地点."
M.R stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-08-26 and said, "Good Location for shopping. Rooms were clean and good food for the price. Reception staff were friendly but the staff serving breakfast buffet were rude. When I requested a bowl of cereals to take it to my room for my baby who was sleeping - I was refused rudely. He said no food is allowed to be taken to the room! I will not recommend this hotel for family people."
Peter stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-08-02 and said, "VERY INTERESTING! ONLY ONE OF TWO CUSTOMER ELEVATORS WAS OPERATING DUE TO MAINTENANCE - THE POOL WAS OUT-OF-SERVICE DUE TO REFURBISHMENT, AND THE ENDLESS BANGING OF HAMMER ON CONCRETE THAT I COULD HEAR FROM MY ROOM WAS DUE TO ONGOING ROOM MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADE . ALL IN ALL - A THOROUGHLY EXHILERATING EXPERIENCE!!"
HÃ¥kan stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-06-29 and said, "Great hotel and personal and location is just perfect for shopping....Will return"
Reni stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-06-28 and said, "this hotel was great we spend there for a week and we still wish that when we got back again to thailand we can spend nights again in here, all the service was nice , everything was great."
Fara stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-06-23 and said, "surprised of the spacious space, the cooking area & its utilities.Safe place to bring family but a distance from BTS and MRT but plenty of taxis. 3mins by TUTUT to Muslim eating area. area outside room is hot and lift is bit slow"
Ms stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-06-06 and said, "Excellent location, right next door to Pratunam shopping and steps away from Pantip Plaza IT Mall, Burger King, Swensen s, massage parlour. Platinum Fashion mall is great!! (opened Feb 06)and only 5mins walk away where you can shop for hip clothes, bags, shoes at wholesale prices i.e 80 baht each for tank tops and T-shirts and 100 baht for jeans or 3/4 pants (min 3 pieces) in air-conditioned comfort. There s even a food court on the 5th level offering Thai, Japanese, Indian halal food and more. The hotel itself has friendly staff especially the security people who were always smiling and helped us with taxi bookings to Chatuchak weekend market, Mahboonkrong and the airport. The gym is fully equipped and the pool though small is nice to swim in. I had booked 3 studio rooms and they were spacious and clean, especially the bathrooms. We rented DVDs free of charge at reception desk and enjoyed ourselves very much during our stay at Centrepoint. By the way, the hotel charged a deposit of 4000 baht per room at check-in but I was duly refunded of my monies at check-out time. Another downside is that the lifts are slow and it took forever to go downstairs or upstairs especially if your rooms are on the 22nd floor. Breakfast was nothing to shout about but I was more than happy with my daily intake of cereals, green salad, pancakes with syrup and some fruit."
Mr. stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-05-23 and said, "The hotel room is very big, But the room design is old. And The floor light of the lift is insufficient. The service is so-so.There are a lot of wholesale markets nearby. One good point is have a free high speed internet line in room."
Chanpho stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-05-20 and said, "Between B+ and A-. The Hotel would have gotten an A if I got non smoking room. But it is clean, dependable and friendly staff. Buffet is average(in my case it is ok since I m not big morning eater) However, beware that certain request i.e non smoking room (in my case) is NOT always applicable. Also beware that guests are requested to put the deposit but is refundable when check out, if you don t trash out the place. So be courtesy and sensible. I will be back again in Bangkok next year and plan to choose at this Hotel. I hope until that time I m going to get my wish for non smoking room then I give them an A. And back again and again. If NOT, I will choose Saladang or Sukhumvit Rd Centre Point."
Peter stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-05-03 and said, "VERY DISSAPPOINTED! An otherwise comfortable stay marred by a Check-In/Check-Out policy that seeks to fleece the guest of every possible $.Having booked Suite on Sawadee at daily rate of 1900 Baht - on arrival I was asked to pay 2200 baht to Check-In 4 hours early!! And with a late PM flight out of Bangkok - I requested a late 6 PM Check-Out on day of departure, to which I was told was possible if I paid 4400 baht more. That s 230% more than my DAILY room rate - just to Check-Out 6 hours late!!!I was a returning guest, and had on this visit stayed a week at the hotel. Any consideration given? NONE.This sort of contemptuous treatment just isn t worth the stress it caused. Quality hotels do not treat their guests like this!!!"
Chan stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-04-14 and said, "Reasonable"
Qi stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-04-03 and said, "good location and nice room. I will chose it next time when I come to Bangkok."
John stayed at Centre Point Petchburi 15 on 2006-04-02 and said, "Good apartment/hotel with big rooms and a good breakfast. When I arrived I had to deposit by cash 2,000bath for any room damage, so beware and allow for this when exchanging money (no sure if they accept a credit card deposit)."
