Debbie stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-07-03 and said, "Very impressed from the moment we stepped into this small hotel. Even though the room was small, we thought the space was intelligently optimised. We had a room with a terrace, which didn t provide a view but was a good place to have a drink or a snack. Convenient location although quite a walk from the main road, which coincides with the metro line (the hotel tuk tuk takes guests to the metro station). Many street hawkers along the way so we found it more fun to walk. Unfortunately, the bathroom had an awful smell that my scented candles couldn t get rid of, and I did not have the bathtub I assumed I d get according to the pictures. Otherwise, very comfortable and stylish, will definitely go back!"
Abdul stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-06-13 l 2008-06-17 and said, "An excellent hotel - centrally located, however still a very peaceful area with all the aminities. Extremely helpful, hospitable, professional and smiling staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended and shall look forward to stay again."
Maricel stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-06-12 and said, "Staff very friendly and efficient.Rooms clean but very small not ideal for a stay longer than 2 nights. Just not possible to control the temperature of the shower which is ridiculous in a new hotel!Nowhere to put suitcase.Hotel obviously designed, as so many are, by somone who doesnt stay in hotels,"
Gary stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-06-05 and said, "Very nice hotel with a great friendly staff. It s about a 5 minute walk to the main road, but there are many nice shops and restaurants on the next road over. I would definitely stay there again."
REN stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-06-01 and said, "I enjoy my stay in Citi Chic. A nice hotel with kind service. Also a very good location, only several minutes walk to the Nana Station of Sky Train. You may also find the shuttle bus free of charge for sending you to Nana."
David stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-05-29 and said, "Excellent. Large beautifully furnished rooms with huge flatscreen TV and top-class bathroom. The Soi is a bit isolated as the hotel is right at the bottom of Soi 13 but without doubt you will not find better VFM anywhere in Bangkok"
Rochelle stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-05-24 and said, "This hotel was very beautiful, modern and clean. Sadly, the experience was not perfect. . . the first night of check in, they put my best friend in an up-graded room that smelled like the sewage was backing up. They tried to cover up the smell with incense. We heard through some people that this particular room always smells this way (room 103). My room smelled ok, but the bathroom started smelling of sewage at night, which we remedied by just shutting the door. It is unacceptable for a hotel to smell of anything. . . it should be a neutral smell. Also, there was poor drainage in the shower and the water temperature was either too hot or too cold and was never constant. The staff is very kind, but their english isn t very good and they do not address problems at all. They told my friend that they couldn t give her a refund because she booked through a second party (web sawadee). The hotel was fully booked so she was stuck in that room. It s just unfortunate that they couldn t handle this better. If no improvements are made, sadly I don t think this hotel will last more than a few more years."
Maria stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-05-20 and said, "The rooms are very modern & nicely decorated. Looks just like the pictures.Located at the very end of Soi 13 so its approx 10 min walk (15 min leisurely) to Sukhumvit Rd. Free hotel tuk-tuk brought us to main road & to Asok train station.Soi 13 was a bit flooded after rain, & the hotel tuk tuk was able to pick us up from massage parlor down the street.Breakfast was ok.Inroom safe was nice, and bathroom was awesome! Not much of a view from windows, but we didnt stay here for a view. Flat screen TV, but not much channels. Free internet at lobby was very useful. Wish we had more time to swim at the rooftop pool since it was very posh (but small). Plenty of massage parlors nearby (we liked Lan Po the best on Soi 13).Would definetly stay at this hotel again!"
Seng stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-05-20 and said, "This is the 2nd time i am staying here. There are a few things i would like to mention, the staffs at the reception are not smiling anymore, the water heater is not working, have to endure the coldness of the water in the morning. The good things are the air con, cleaniness, the internet and the bed are very good. Would rate it 3.5/5."
Tanya stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-05-16 and said, "Our stay was lovely. The hotel was super clean and modern. The room was stylish and functional. The staff was very attentive and delivered service with a smile. Breakfast was good."
Yamg stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-05-01 and said, "hareware is ok. but the service is not very good, just average. one time, we ask Tuk Tuk take me back from Asok station, but receptionist reject us, she said there is trasffic jam. but acturally it s not truth, we went to hotel by Taxi, the way is very smoth, no traffic jam."
RUSTEM stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-04-24 and said, "Located near some bigger hotels (example Ambassador), but quite smaller.Staff is good, rooms are well-designed an in our case quiet (excluding air-con, that s noisy a bit).In general location is quite good (10 minutes by feet from both Asok and Nana BTS), there is a free tuk-tuk to get to BTS if yo want to do this.Breakfast is the same for all three days we were here, so if you wants a good one for a week - choose something else. Or eat something just on a street."
Lawrence stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-04-23 and said, "I have traveled to Bangkok many times and always try a different hotel in order to find one I truly like. I need go no further now. This boutique hotel is great in every aspect. The rooms and bathroom are certainly 5 star quality along with great ambiance, service, location and great food quality. I doubt I can find any better. It is great value for it s price point."
Marcus stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-04-20 and said, "A really great place to stay - stylish, well equipped rooms, good service and not too far from the skytrain station at Nana.I will return next time I m in BK."
Nadine stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-04-17 and said, "Great boutique hotel, well decorated, marvelous service, large clean bathroom, good selection for included breakfast. Free tuk-tuk to local area. 10 minute walk to Sky-train, Nana Station. Excellent location, Sumkhumvit area, 45 minute by taxi from airport. Overall amazing experience, would recommend to anyone and would stay there again. Also excellent thai restaurant 5 minute wal, Chili Culture Thai Restaurant. Great introduction to Thailand!!!"
WONG stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-04-06 and said, "Clean, nice service. Free internet access. Free tuk-tuk transfer to nearest BTS station. Just 3min by walk to Bed supper club."
Nuno stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-04-06 and said, "Very good hotel. For those who dislike the big Bangkok towers and the international look all the same hotels.Very stylish, modern boutique hotel.Staff could speak a bit more of English, but it is the same problem in all the hotels we have stayed in."
PP stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-03-24 and said, "5 mins from Nana BTS. They provide free tuk tuk service 2 NANA. Nice, clean hotel with modern amenities, big rooms, helpful staff, good food but with little options. Free internet. Grt experience."
M stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-03-10 and said, "I stay in Bangkok about 3 times a year, but never stay in hotel wich hassuch a great quality for his price.Very friendly staff, beautiful room witha great bathroom, nice swimming pool atthe rooftop, free use of internet, and when you decide to eat something they serve you a good Thai dish for a very reasonable price.Maybe just the breakfast is a bit too standard.I can hardly recommend this hotel for everybody who wants to stay in the Sukhumvit area."
Albert stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-03-04 and said, "Very modern small hotel in the Sukhumvit area, friendly staff, modern clean room, free internet. Food in the restaurant not good but plenty of other restaurants in the area. We will stay there again when we are next time in bangkok."
silvia stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-02-28 and said, "nice new hotel, good location and beautiful room.everything very chic"
Low stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-02-20 and said, "The hotel is very clean and beautifully designed. Very much to what I have expected. The services from the hotel staffs are good too, esp the additional personalised tuk tuk services provided by the hotel. Good, will recommend to my friends."
Tan stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-02-14 and said, "Very modern and beautifully designed hotel. Initially upon arrival, we were a little disappointed to find that it was quite deep inside soi 13 and to walk out to the nana station was quite a distance, but we were glad to find out the hotel provides a tuk tuk service for their guests so getting to the nearest BTS was very easy. The concierge and reception staff were absolutely well mannered and helpful and they were always glad to assist us. We stayed for 3 nights and we grew to love the location because it was not as busy as hotels situated in the central areas, and there were many restaurants, pubs and massage places just nearby. Morever, there s a big 7-11 just down the road which makes everything more convenient. The most commendable thing about the hotel is definitely the quality of the rooms. They have the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in any other hotels, plus a huge plasma. The toilet was also very well designed. The hotel definitely lives up to its name, Chic Hotel."
martyn stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-02-10 and said, "1st class, we were very pleased with room & hotel, postion was great for tube, skytrain, & canalboats, Staff went out of their way to assist in taxis & teaching simple thai phrase s which we found great fun to tryout. will definately be using again next year will be taking friends hopfully"
Sagit stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-02-10 and said, "very good hotel! This is the best hotel in this price that i have been in bangkok. The room was very nice, the staff were great and the area of the hotel was perfect!"
Michel stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-02-06 and said, "I would never come back. Hotel nice but not professional. They gave us our room at 9:30pm, cuz they accept more money from previous customer for late check-out. Internet problem in the room. They told us busy line for nearly 2 days. After complaining they admitted the room 104 had many problem for connection before. They first tried to avoid the problem and lie to us. Tuk tuk for free transportation not available day time. Quiet far from main road. Room 104 had very bad smell in bathroom. Swimming pool very small. Staff kind and polite. My 9th times in Bangkok and my worst experience at Citichic. And after all inconvenients, they asked me 200baht for a broken glass of wine in the room. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN."
Philip stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-01-12 and said, "This is the best hotel for the price any where in the world. Stay here its great"
Dalal stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2008-01-04 and said, "Hotel was very nice and modern more suited to couples than families. Located a 5 min walk to the MRT and BTS. Staff were very helpful and understanding (we were travelling with 2 kids 6 and 4. room ahd great decor even if it was a little small for us. Overall a great hotel for short stay in BKK"
Mr. stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2007-12-14 and said, "We have return to this hotel due to the very nice staff and as well for very nice and comfortable rooms, only negative point, quite far from Sukhumwit and Sky Train."
Alan stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2007-11-30 and said, "I absolutely loved my stay at this exceptional hotel. Beautifully appointed and everything in pristine condition with very friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed at many hotels in Bangkok, but this, for the price, is easily the best value for money. The only downside is the distance from Sukhumvit road, but there is a complimentary Tuk tuk that always seems to be available even though the hotel was full. In summary, outstanding value in this wonderful hotel. This place will now be my no.1 choice when staying in bangkok"
Gerry stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2007-11-23 and said, "From walking in the door our experience was 110%. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is only 4mths old and reflects it. Rooms were great. There is nothing bad i could say about my stay and would highly recomend staying there, location was also great. The price was excellant for what they delivered."
TT stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2007-11-23 and said, "Friendly Staff, Speedy service, Excellent rooms and more..., in short, its worth every baht you spend. Will stay here again"
ronald stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2007-11-22 and said, "CityChic Hotel has an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff from restaurant to reception to housekeeping. The hotel was clean and comfortable and relatively inexpensive compared to other properties used in Thailand. The rooms are very much like a good boutique hotel with quality fittings and an attractive ambience. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller. A bit of a walk (15 minutes to Sukhumvit)."
Philip stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2007-11-19 and said, "Was booked here by Sawadee as my usual hotel was full. I liked it so much I booked in again for 5 days on my way back home from India. Lovely little hotel with magic staff. Bit of a walk to Sukhumvit Rd is the only negative. I will be back."
Tracey stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2007-11-08 and said, "Absolutely great. Terrific location not far from Nana BTS, but tucked down Soi 13 a little away from the madness. The hotel itself is stylish, the rooms extremely comfortable and well decorated, lots of thought has gone into everything - like the two shower head options, the great bedside lights with extra reading beam, the robes and slippers. The food in the cafe was great and reasonably priced, and it was so nice not having to go out at night if I didn t feel like it - as a woman travelling on my own the excellent room service was a real bonus. The staff were simply the best - all spoke great English and were extra helpful with everything. My flight wasn t until 9pm so they happily gave me a free late checkout until 5.30pm (on a Monday night - may not be so easy for them other evenings). The rooftop pool was cool and lovely and the gym looked great.I will return to this hotel everytime I m in BKK and cannot recommend it highly enough - it is amazingly good value at this price."
Seng stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2007-11-01 and said, "New and clean. Location not so bad, 10min walk to BTS. Room is clean and comfortable. Internet is speedy and good too. Hosekeeping willing to clean my room at 3.30pm. Staffs is friendly, esp. the Supervisor and one of the Bell boy. Will stay there often if the rate can be slighty lower."
Bedri stayed at Citi Chic Boutique Suites Hotel on 2007-10-20 and said, "New, modern, very stylish establishment. A five star quality, totaly loved everything about it. Big bathroom and a hottub in the room. Top of the line decoration, interior and comfort. Five star quality for the price of a 3 star hotel. Walking distance to Sukhumvit Rd and NaNa BTS station. Strongly recommended....our first choice in Bangkok."
