Lloyd stayed at Citadines Bangkok on 2008-07-11 and said, "I stayed at this hotel only after the one I originally requested was full. I was not impressed with this hotel. They require a 1000 baht security deposit upon check in just in case you use some incidentals. You get it refunded if you don t use any but it was still a hassle. Additionally, there is no free breakfast but you have the privilege of paying for it in the hotel restaurant. It is not real conveniently located, about a 5 minute walk to ASOK station and 10 minutes to Soi Cowboy. The hotel appears to cater to businssmen, couples and families rather than a single guy looking to party in Bangkok. If the night life is what you came to sample, I d recommend a different hotel. Again, this was a default hotel for me as my original request was full."
Ng stayed at Citadines Bangkok on 2008-04-19 and said, "The hotel interior design was perfect n comfortable, but i was very dissapointed that I lost my perfume during my stay in the room.perhaps the hotel management have to look into this issue regarding the honesty of their room cleaner!"
Richard stayed at Citadines Bangkok on 2008-03-18 and said, "Nice apartment type hotel. Soi 16 is a little far away from everything. Not many restaurants in the immediate area. However it is a short walk to the skytrain."
Paul stayed at Citadines Bangkok on 2008-03-03 and said, "This was my 4th time at the Citadines and I stayed in the larger Deluxe suite because all my preferred Executive (cheaper) rooms were booked. The Citadines is an ideal apart-hotel for me as it s modern, clean, bright, comfortable, functional and convenient and reasonably priced. Foodland is 100 yards away, Asok BTS and MRT and just 5 minutes away. The reception staff is excellent, genuinely friendly and speak good English. Free high-speed internet access in every room (just remember to bring a CAT-5 cable otherwise they will charge you to rent one) and the small roof top pool is now open for use. My only issue is that the breakfast is a bit minimal, but if you want more you can get an American bf or Thai food at Foodland for less than 60 baht. All in all I heartily recommend the Citadines and look forward to staying at their new properties on Soi 11 and 8 that are due to open later in 2008."
DAN stayed at Citadines Bangkok on 2008-02-02 and said, "The hotel is very cool. We had a good time there. it is really a kind of apartment, not hotel, it is new, very near to the subway.Even there is no breakfast included, we cooked by ourselves. There are all the equipment in the hotel.Actually we got the confirmation of honeymooner before we come, at the beginning, the hotel didn t grant to provide the honeymooner, but after arguing with them, finally they sent two t-shirts to us."
Colin stayed at Citadines Bangkok on 2008-02-01 and said, "Stayed 11 nights during Feb 07. Very clean room on check-in, and maintained to same standard. Friendly staff in all areas. Very quiet at all times and all functions in room worked as per specs.Had some issues with swipe card not working in lifts at times but not a major.Extended late check out at no charge, and with a smile! My only gripe is that the hotel food is very average, and, there is no street food near the hotel, Foodland a few minutes walk however.Nice place to stay, would stay again if my usual first choice was unavailable.9 out of 10 for hotel, 6 for location."
