Viswanathan stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2008-06-12 and said, "This is my first visit to this hotel earlier I had stayed at the Baiyoke Sky and liked its ambeince and service. This hotel was great the only thing which I feel they can also do is to give us a english newspaper. The staff and the room were great as usual. Location is great for shopoholics who belive in budget shopping for big/brand lables."
Wawan stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2008-06-07 and said, "Hotel & room are good enough, swimming pool not big enough, no kid playground."
Mrs stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2008-05-30 and said, "Great location if you like being in the middle of markets, staff were friendly, suite a little tired but clean and cosy, but for bangkok value for money."
Janice stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2008-04-24 and said, "Hotel was centrally located in the middle of the WHOLESALE scene! Check in was alright but the concierge was not helpful in getting a cab for me and my 3 other friends to the airport. But I must say that the hotel provided us complimentary limo service on our shopping days from the hotel, not before stopping at the Gem centre, of course. I will come back and stay at this hotel but do please look into the hot water system in the rooms soon! It can be a traumatising experience with only cold shower."
Suan stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2008-02-17 and said, "Rooms were a little run down and air conditioning was noisy. Very convenient to shopping, but too crowded for my two young children to walk through the crowds. Buffet breakfast was very good."
Bihag stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2008-02-11 and said, "good hotel. Very nice and spacious rooms. Amazing view of the city from the room (my room was on 37th floor. Good breakfast and efficient service. Located bang in middle of pratunam and Indra square market. Recommended for sure!!!"
Bashayer stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2008-01-30 and said, "Rooms are big but very old furniture and look depresed . the lights in the room are not enough . the bathroom does not have douch near the toilete which is very important for us as muslims. good breakfast and good massage. I dont recommend it for famillies with children . Even my children did not like it"
Annika stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2008-01-18 and said, "Nice hotel nearby Pratunam market. The room was nice and big. Great for families. Late check-out is also availible. Will stay there again when we returns to Bangkok"
Sharon stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2007-06-29 and said, "The hotel room is big as the name of the hotel is a Suite. There is a kitchenette area which is good for family. Overall, I find the room acceptable. The decor is a bit old fashioned but it is livable. The cold shower point was a bit faulty and as a result the water was very hot. The hotel is not near to BTS. The nearest BTS is about a 15 min walk away. We walked from Siam Discovery back to the hotel and took us half an hour. If you like shopping, this is the area to be in."
Suzana stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2007-03-14 and said, "This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. Everything was ok, just that this hotel was not connected by train services. We had to walk about 10-15 minutes to the nearest BTS (Rachathevi). Checked-out process took longer time."
Derek stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2007-01-26 and said, "Location of the hotel is good, but there are some points that the hotel could improve. (1) TV was placed in the living room as this hotel seems to be modified from a serviced apartment. Could not watch TV in bed.(2) No tissue paper and newspapers provided.(3) Location of air-con controller in bedroom was hidden behind the curtain. I only found it on the 2nd day! [on 1st day, I switched on the living room air-con on full blast :) ] (4) Lifts seems to be insufficient during peak hour (during check-in/ out time), we waited about 20 minutes from our floor to go downstairs for the lift!"
Bjarne stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2007-01-12 and said, "We have a pleasent stay on the Hotel. We stay there for three days. The Hotel was good and the staff was very kind. The Breakfast was super and the menu on the 77. floor was very good. The only minus is the free drink - there was no choise - we got somthing who taste like cough mixture. But anywhere we can recommed the Hotel.Bjarne Ynfelt"
L. stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2007-01-06 and said, "We loved it!We were apprehensive at 1st as some of the reports haven t been great but we could not fault this place.Suite was huge on the 40th floor, amazing views!Breakfast on the 43rd floor 360deg view of the city, large buffet style american/asian food.Nice cafe on the lobby floor.Hotel in a Perfect location, 20 minute walk to MBK,Siam Sq.Very reasonable price for stay. Staff especially Bell boys very friendly & helpful.10/10."
Ang stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2006-12-07 and said, "The hotel for Quad Suite Rm is great as it consist of 4 single bedroom. The room is abit old but overall I enjoy my stay. It is very safe to stay in this hotel and it is convenient to eat n shop as the location is gd."
Björn stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2006-08-06 and said, "Good for budgettraveller.A bit old but not as bad as many other old hotels. Nice staff, ok breakfast. In the middle of Pratunam. Indra Is a better choise if your budget allow, otherwise really ok comparing to PJ or First in the same price level."
Marcel stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2006-07-30 and said, "We (family of 4)stayed this year twice in the Baiyoke Suite hotel. This hotel has a perfect price-quality level. The rooms are big, people are very friendly and the biggest advantage is that Baiyoke Suite lays right in the middle of the shopping aerea. Shop till you drop. The breakfast is great!!The elevaters are the weak spot. Only if you have no patience you don t like it. We will come next year again!"
Peter stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2006-07-20 and said, "Very bad , very bad. meeting the staf was okey but the rooms are not fore famaliy, very bad, many thing not fungsien.you have to vait a lift fore 10 min. before to come down from your room.windows not repart , in one famaliy room there is to aircon but only one works."
Lee stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2006-07-07 and said, "Actually it is a strategic location with reasonable price but i have a few comments on our stay in Quarter room. The room was spacious enough for 4 persons but the blanket is dirty & bedsheet even looked like rat bikes...The room has kitchen setting but w/o kitchen facility which i wonder why....they can consider to set up the water tap there!Lighting is dim in the room & the noisy air-cond was really killing us... Customer service in the reception was not good, lift was so slow & pls slightly change the menu of the breakfast!"
Lee stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2006-07-07 and said, ""
Loh stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2006-06-14 and said, "not bad after all... initially we were assigned to level 30, the room is quite horrible and old, but after we request from the lobby, we get a better room at 36. The room is much cleaner and newer chairs. The internet order promise free welcome drinks, which we got after asking from the lobby counter. Except the free 2pm late checkout is not really honour by the hotel as our room door was locked after 12pm by the computer. Total experience is very good people service.:)"
Claudia stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2006-05-04 and said, "We stayed tree nights at Baiyoke Suite Hotel and that was enough. The rooms look really old and the color comes off the doors, the air condition in our sleeping room didn t work and the toilet flush broke. On top only two of the four elefators were working, so you had somtimes wait a long time in front of them.BUT, this was our first stay in Bangkok and the both towers of Baiyoke suite and Baiyoke sky can be seen from anywhere in the near surrounding, so we could easily find back from the really huge shopping area around them. Also the breakfast on the top of the hotel was good and nice view also."
Michelle stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2006-03-25 and said, "Room was very big but the carpetis so dirty!! Bathroom so old as well bedsheets, they even have holes in them!I would not want to stay there the next time i visit thailand."
Wayne stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2005-12-17 and said, "Good hotel for the price. The renovations are in progress, lobby and common areas look much better than before. Rooms could use some small renovations, but all was OK. This would be an even better hotel if the offered wireless internet access."
Joseph stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2005-07-25 and said, "Great location, great views and not to bad a hotel if there are 4 of you in a quad room. The hotel needs a redo but the lobby is being redone at the moment and hopefully the next thing will be the rooms."
Harald stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2005-07-18 and said, "Service on this hotell could have been much better, we spend to much time waiting for the elevators, waiting for check out, waiting for room service and the standard of room was old and should have been renewed. The size of the rooms was very good, but my familiy will not recommend this hotel as it is today, we are not going to use it again."
Fiona stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2005-06-27 and said, "Fantastic location. Huge suite rooms, clean and comfortable. Have stayed here several times and would definately do so in future. The lifts are STILL very very slow, but otherwise fantastic value for the price. So close to Pantip, MBK and other sites."
Maya stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2005-06-07 and said, "Right in the middle of pratunam market.great location for shoppers.hotel condition is average.don t expect a lot for the amount that you pay.good freindly staff.might stay there again."
Mr stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2005-04-11 and said, "Actually very good value for money. A bit rough around the edges and in need of redecoration but overall good. Large lounge room with separate bedroom, small bathroom. Good breakfast included in room rate. Lifts very very slow!"
Kenneth stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2005-02-28 and said, "Although it is convenient to shopping, I would not stay here again because of the decaying rooms. Also, we booked a quad room and they give us a regular suite and brought in two roll aways ... definitely not worth the extra money."
Anand stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2005-02-26 and said, "Good hotel. I was leaving early morning at 5 Am to catch my flight and and they packed breakfast for me to take with."
Sammi stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2005-02-16 and said, "Excellent service and great views. The rooms are maybe a little bit out-dated concerning the interior, but the staff, price for a room and the surroundings makes up for that. The hotel is located perfectly for the Bangkok shopper. Close to Pantip Plaza, MBK and Pratnuam Center. I highly recommend this place, will return next time i get to Bangkok!"
Mr. stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2005-01-29 and said, "They hotel has big rooms, but EVRYTHING is VERY old and damaged. The rooms NEED A GOOD RENOVATION !"
Lo stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-12-07 and said, "The location is an excellent shopping area especailly for garments. You can reach many shopping centre within a walking distance. The breakfast in Sky Lounge (43th fl) is fantastic. It has an excellent sencery to look all bangkok city. But, the interior of the guest room was very old. Actually, It has NO decoration at all. The sofa was broken. The carpet was dirty. The bed mattress has been used for too long time. The surface became U shape. It was very very uncomfortable. I could not felt in sleep whole night. Luckily, I stayed there only one night and I cannot suffer to stay one more night.Overall, although the location is good, the guest room is too bad. I will not select this hotel any more. Also, I will advise other people not to book this hotel."
Ernst stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-12-06 and said, "Bayoke Suite HotelThe Service and Staff was very nice and friendly. The Standard of the room was very disapointing. Not so clean and very old. Renovating would be really good. All in all not so bad but for the roomstandard a bit overpriced.Ernst Gerber"
Leong stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-11-26 and said, "The hotel is a little run-down especially the carpets and sofa seater at the living room. Breakfast on the 43rd storey was good expect that the restaurant manager looks stern all 3 days. Other than this, it s value for money although it s quite far off from Chidlom BTS station."
HELEN stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-11-25 and said, "Not bad for the price paid. Hotel quite old but liveable, cosy & clean. Should check air-con for Rm 361, not cold enough. My husband forgot his video wire in this room. I wonder whether possible for item to be returned by post to us. If possible, wow...this hotel is fantastic. Anyway, thumbs up for this hotel."
osama stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-11-23 and said, "fantastic serices. people are very firndly especially Mr Saniaphi in front desk.Centrlly located for shopping and bussiness.i stayed in the renovated rooms whichj was great.my only criticism is about the slow service of elevators as the hotel is huge and elevators are not many"
Choy stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-11-12 and said, "The Hotel is Very tall & beautiful in front side but the room is very spink,The lift also very slow when you from 39 floor to ground floor must take about 5-7 minute,Breakfast is ok and the bell boy very friendly"
Jane stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-11-10 and said, "Good location. Value for money room rate provided you don t mind the relatively old furnitures and fittings. Service level is acceptable, but do expect a long wait for the lifts, especially during breakfast time."
Mr. stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-11-02 and said, "The hotel looked much better on internet. The interial of the rooms are very old! Spent alot of time waiting for the elevators. I do recommend the penthouse restaurang."
Einat stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-10-16 and said, "a very tired hotel. the suites are big but everything is old and run out.waiting to the elevator takes a long time.breakfast was very good.good location.if you can spend a little more money, d ont go to this hotel"
James stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-10-12 and said, "The aircond in the room is very cold at night and cannot be adjusted. Only the aircond in the living room can be adjusted. Receptionist was quite impatient and rude."
Daryl stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-10-05 and said, "I stayed at the Baiyoke Suite Hotel last month. If you want to be in the pathuman area, this hotel is smack bang in the middle.Hotel was great. Breakfast on the 43rd floor looking out to the Bangkok skyline. The room was fantastic. (39th floor) You get a lounge family room and a seperate bedroom. I booked through sawadee website. They were great and at 1200 baht was perfect. It may be a little more now as in peak season I think. The only drawback was that the lifts are slow. So if you are in a rush to go out....relax...your on thai time now. I would highly recommend this hotel."
Joey stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-09-29 and said, "The first room that they allocated to me stinks of cigrettes, which I promptly requested a change. The second room didn t stink, but the aircon took forever to cool the room. Place very run down. Reception staff very rude. Nothing good about the hotel except location. Sky train too far. I moved to Holiday Mansion after 2 days, and will highly recommend the latter."
Ms. stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-09-20 and said, "Requested for double bed but was not available during check in. Appreciate if reservation team could advise if is not available. Our 1st room was on 21st floor. Bathtub water was leaking, room with crocoach flying around. Requested for room change the next morning. Would appreciate if hotel could look into the clealiness of the room. Room was smelly too.Lift going up and down was very slow and took long time to travel up and down. Breakast varienty could be better.Overall staff courtesy is good.May try Baiyoke Sky in future.I would also like to receive promotion news from the team via e mail.Yours truly,Jammy Chang (Singapore)Product Manager"
Ms.Lim stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-09-16 and said, "The overall atmosphere and service is good and comfortable. The staff are also friendly. There s a mini kitchen if you want to do some cooking. Besides there s a separate living room whereby you can rest and watch TV without sitting on the bed. The American Breakfast variety is relatively good and there s a big swimming pool and a gym for you to exercise. The hotel also has a massage salon and both the Oil and Thai massage are good. It is only slightly more expensive but is good if you are lazy to go anywhere after a long day.The location is good whereby it cost only around 60 baht to go anywhere, such as Chinatown, Khao San, Suan Lom Night Bazzar, Patpong, etc. Besides it is also near to Central Chitlom, Siam Sq, Mah Boon Krong, Erawan Shrine, etc."
Elizabeth stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-08-25 and said, "Enjoyed stay at hotel. Were not aware of reservation until I showed them email reservation but they honored the low internet price available on sawadee.com. A steal considering the soft beds, size of the room, location and view from the 35th floor!"
Mr. stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-08-16 and said, "The hotel was chosen for its position near Siam square. The rooms are very large but are quite modestly furnished. However I would be happy to reccommend this hotel as a good budget choice."
Mr. stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-08-12 and said, "The Baiyoke Suite is central to the famous clothes shopping district in Bangkok so, you need to take care of that credit card. The hotel itself was very busy but the staff were friendly and managed to give a personal touch. The rooms were clean and the whole point of booking a suite very large a good size bedroom with an equally large lounge, ideal if you are staying in Bangkok for more that just a few days. The cost given the extra room compares very well with other hotels. The food both in the lobby and in the Sky lounge was always excellent and for a spectacular change you can visit the next door sister hotel the Baiyoke Sky - the night club on the 90something floor is a must visit! and there is a 10% discount for Suite residents! Overall an excellent stay."
Angus stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel on 2004-07-25 and said, "The hotel served us well as a base for 2 days in Bangkok. The accommodation is clean and very spacious with a lovely light top floor restaurant. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts there. All for a reasonable price. The hotel is well used by South east Asian Visitors. We had to walk quite far to get onto the Sky Train."
