I must say that the service is very good throught out the 4D3N stay. A very warm and friendly environment from hotel staff.Location wise is superb as it s very near major shopping centres which are mostly walkable.Room cleanliness and conditions are no different from a 5 star hotel, very comfy and clean. The carpet outside each guest rooms is new and pretty, resembles those of a 5 star hotel.Difinitely worth the cheap price and will return to this hotel again.They are always smiley and breakfast is very good with wide range of selection."

When we returned at 10pm, the extra bed I paid thru Sawadee was still not there, so I went down to the reception, but the receptionist said the room is for 2 person, so I asked why did they gave me 3 room cards and filled out 3 customer sheets when we checked in. I told them to check my e-voucher, and they were not too happy to admit they made a mistake."

LiewShiu stayed at Arnoma Hotel Bangkok on 2008-06-08 and said, "The location of Arnoma hotel is very ideal for any shopper as the shopping stores were within walking distances or cheap taking Tut tuts/taxis. The free ride to Central Departmental Store was great. I would like to suggest for more of such free rides or at a minimum charge to other shopping malls like Siam Paragon or King Power. The breakfast was quite similar every morning and more Thai dishes or desserts should be introduced. The rooms were clean and standard. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, the Arnoma Hotel is good and i would recommend my friends there."

The Arnoma has fantastic customer service and the hotel is a great value for the money. The location is perfect because there is a Big C supermarket right next door, the outstanding Central World Mall across the street, and many smaller shops and street vendors located nearby. It looks like the hotel has done some remodeling since our last stay in Nov 05 with new carpet and furniture. Highly recommended."

Initially we chose this hotel because we couldn t get into our first choice but now Arnoma will become our first choice. It was the friendly and helpful staff that made all the difference."

Furthermore the hotel is very efficient, has a great breakfast buffet (although on 16 Feb it was very crowded and some of the delicacies ran out and were not replenished). The minibar is expensive but you can arrange your own supplies from nearby supermarket. Some of the TV channels are not received well which gives a snowy screen. We missed a toilet shower but we survived. The room is spacious, neatly decorated and although the bathroom has a somewhat old look it functions perfectly. We have been to Arnoma several times and expect it will remain our choice if we have to stay in Bangkok in years to come."

Once we waited to check in we were then told we had to have a room with 2 single beds. We weren t happy about having to wait so long or the bed situation so we asked for a refund & then were prompty moved to a room with a king bed. Hotel itself is a bit old, good location though. It is mainly catered for the asian market - we foud that there were very few non-asian people staying there & felt that the breakfast could have been more varied (lots of asian dishes) and that the staff seemed to favour the asian guests over us. For the price I wouldn t reccomend this hotel."

Book a room with extra bed but then we didn t got one.Got 1 finally after some time. Everything was well and security was good during the New Year countdown and also the bombing. Will stay there again even though we should get a welcome fruit basket but we didn t."

When we come back on 9.00 pm the room is not ready so we wait for another 1/2 hour. The sauna is not free, guest must pay B 180. We only suggest for their perfect location."

Gunnel stayed at Arnoma Hotel Bangkok on 2006-11-21 and said, "The best of this hotel is the location near skytrain 5 min.The room was okey had superior room om 17th floor nice view over CWP former WTC.A big fantastic christmas-tree outside CWP.A bit noisy rockmusic but luckely ended at midnight.A big disapointment was breakfast, so crowded and not a good selection of food.For this class of hotel it should be a better selection.Have stayed at many hotels in BKK and Grand Diamond has much better breakfast and only 350 baht more per night.Internet was expensive 450 baht per hour only 45 bath in CWP across the street.Poolarea was good with a lot of beds.Would stay here again and eat breakfast out in town."

Gunnel stayed at Arnoma Hotel Bangkok on 2006-11-21 and said, "Good location near skytrain, Central World Plaza etc. But breakfast was a big disapointment!Stayed in many hotels in BKK the recent years and breakfast was much better at Grand Diamond,Eastin in Makkasan, Zenith in Sukhumwit to mention some, even if it´s cheaper hotels!So crowded and a bad selection nearly no fruit..Went to the 2nd floor for breakfast at 9.30 they have already closed should close at 10.30 why? Staff is polite and efficient.Good hoteltransfer back to the airport only 500 bath including airporttax should be much more. Public taxi about 400 including highwaytax.Would stay here again and then eat breakfast out in town."

The request of non-smoking and connecting rooms were all granted. Very friendly reception with good english. The location is good for shopping and only 7 mins walk to Chit Lum BTS Station. There was stalls in front of the hotel at night(side lane , daytime) giving a festive feeling. Big C shopping mall is next door & Central world is directly opposite. Hotel is cleaned but will stay at Business Class room in the future as there were no Internet conection in the Eco.rooms. Will stay in this hotel again."

David stayed at Arnoma Hotel Bangkok on 2006-09-07 and said, "Although it was kind of pricey compared to similar properties, we were overall pleased with the hotel and service. We booked 2 rooms, one deluxe and one jr suite. The only issue was the giganticly thick pillows on the bed which gave everyone stiff necks. The hotel is not quite as close to the Sky Train as we were lead to believe, but its a relatively short walk that was not a problem."

Nice views of Bangkok outside the window. This hotel is a good deal if you can get one of the promotional rates."

It is definitely not glitzy but practical. With easy access to BTS sky train station and at the heart of shopping area, one can t beat this one. Especially if one is on a tighter budget. We booked a dinner cruise from the hotel and it was great. Went shopping for silk and the shop even sent a private van to pick us up at no cost. This is class! This hotel is centrally located. The food was great even though seating was sometimes hard to get. Overall I would recommend this Hotel mainly for the great service and advice for getting around Bangkok. Will stay here again on our next trip."

At first we were on the business floor, and we got every day a newspaper and we could use the business room free of charge, but the second time they gave to us the smoking floor and not business one, and it was not so perfect. And what you can laugh at, we did not get a welcome drink for the second time, and it was Arnoma,s guilt that we were to leave for another hotel on the Chinese New Year. But nevertheless, the position of this hotel is so good, that the next time we will try to book it once again."
