Florian stayed at Royal Princess Ranong on 05/30/2006 and said,  "Nice hotel, friendly staff, location quite calm, though more a 3-star-hotel in my opinion. Rooms might need an upgrade, look already a little bit outdated and run-down. Corner rooms slightly better than standard rooms though the royal princess suites (1BR/2BR) looked far superior to the rest of the rooms, should be worth the surcharge (stayed in corner room but checked out a suite and standard room too)."

Frederique stayed at Royal Princess Ranong on 11/17/2005 and said,  "Very good quality for the price. Very nice staff. Hopelessly muddled at reception though. Forgot the airport pick-up, tried to give me a much lower type of room that booked and paid for. Tried to make me pay twice on departure! Surly and unhelpful. Most probably someone s daughter!!"
