Chua stayed at Patong Beach Hotel on 09/02/2005 and said,  "We had just returned from 2 nights at the Patong Beach Hotel. Hotel Services & Staffs are warm and friendly. Rooms are nice and their swimming pool are great too. The best was their morning breakfast are fantastic and lot of variety to choose on.... The only issue I had was that I had requested for morning call at 6am for my next day departure to their airport but the reception printed out the calling list to show us that they had called was at 0655am which is closed to 7am... Quited disappointed about this actually... Other than that, we would recommend staying at this hotel as it is near to beach (5mins walk) and lots of seasports there.... "
