Andy stayed at Nova Lodge Hotel on 07/16/2006 and said, "I was quite impressed with this hotel and although not of really high quality it nevertheless was very good value for money and I would not hesitate in recommending it to my friends. I was very impressed with the pool and grounds.
The staff were courteous and friendly and the breakfast was quite good. The hotel is well situated just behind the beach and it has two good restaurants. I liked the mix of nationalities staying there and also that there were quite a few western men with Thai wives and children who were obviously enjoying themselves.
I hope to stay there again when I next visit Pattaya."
Mr.Vigroux stayed at Nova Lodge Hotel on 07/14/2006 and said, "Refreshing of rooms should be welcomed. Air conditionning did not work properly.
Furnitures around the swimming pool were worn and unsufficiant."
Paul stayed at Nova Lodge Hotel on 06/07/2006 and said, "Old Hotel, but very good service
and exellent breakfest.
Beautyfull Pool and garden"
Stephen stayed at Nova Lodge Hotel on 05/29/2006 and said, "I loved the location and the superior room I had just by the pool. Could have done with a mosquito net as I was bitten constantly throughout the night! Great thing is you re only a short stroll to all the bars and a 20bht taxi to walking street, if that s your bag.I found the staff helpful and there s an internet room attached to the foyer which is only 2bht a minute. "
Geroge stayed at Nova Lodge Hotel on 04/20/2006 and said, "Not much of a complainer. Service was fine, surroundings were beautiful, but I have to say that even after knowing that its an old hotel. There s still no excuse for ants in my room, which invaded my laptop, no curtain in shower, real, real hard bed, and A/C not up to par! To top it off with hot humid weather, the swimming pool was salt water and not refreshing. "
H.O. stayed at Nova Lodge Hotel on 04/13/2006 and said, "A bit disappointed with the room I was staying. It's time to renovate and the bed was old. Other than these 2 things, everything was fine. The staff's are friendly and nice as usual for the Thai people. Swimming pool is big enough and surrounded by beautiful and well kept garden. The location is good almost close to everything and the beach is just a short walk across the Pattaya Beach Road.
This will be my last time to Pattaya. The whole place is disgusting. There are more bars than anything. Old Caucasian man abusing young Thai girls as young as their granddaughter. And these old men walking together with the young girls on the road with high pride thinking that they had the money to spend in Pattaya, thinking that they are the sugar daddy of those young girls. I think they probably never come across these words in their dictionary. Disgusting, shy, disgrace, embarrass and shame.
They don't feel a shame or disgrace but I do. Yet the caucasian always talk about human right this and that. It is just disgusting."
Lee stayed at Nova Lodge Hotel on 02/25/2006 and said, "after seeing the hotel on the net, expected it to be alot better,it was woeful, staff were generally consumed with what was important to them, they were rude and sometimes ignorant. The rooms were old,the drain in my room backed up after each shower.seems to cater for older retired germans, would absolutley never recommend this hole..........."
David stayed at Nova Lodge Hotel on 02/14/2006 and said, "very big room...it is an older hotel and could use a touch up in the rooms but really it was very good value. The pool was big which isnt always the case...The staff were excellent and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here."
A. stayed at Nova Lodge Hotel on 12/25/2005 and said, "Excellent hotel, less than 50 yards from the beach, right on beach road. It is close to all the shopping and night life but so well insulated you don t hear all the bustle of the city. The staff is excellent and met every request quickly and efficiently. The Breakfast is ample and quite good plus the AC worked very well which is essential for this area. Overall an extremely good value and a place people return year after year."
