Adam stayed at Kaw Kwang Beach Resort on 03/25/2006 and said,  "Wonderful small family run resort away from most of the other resorts on the island. If you are looking for a place that is friendly, clean, with small adorable bungalows, this is it. It has a beautiful infinity pool with a waterfall feature overlooking the bay. The beach is not the best on the island, but the privacy and serenity this place offers overshadows this aspect. There is some construction going on as this area was hit by the Tsunami, but the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff certainly makes up for it. Although at first glance it might appear that the food is no good since there is no real restaurant to speak of, but I can assure you that you will be pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of what is offered. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday at a resort that is relatively inexpensive, with a staff that is warm, friendly and honest, this is the place to go. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We ll be back for sure."

Judi stayed at Kaw Kwang Beach Resort on 12/24/2005 and said,  "We are a family of six, including a son who is a wheelchair user. The rooms (bungalows) were perfect, the staff was wonderful, the food was excellent. The location is nice, quiet, and beautiful. I would return to Koh Lanta and to Kaw Kwang again. Highly recommended. "

They had nearly recovered from the tsunami and what wasn t finished they more than made up for with friendly personal service.Highly recomended! I will say they are off the beaten path. If you want a quiet family friendly place with a secluded beach this is it. "
