M.Verheijke stayed at Chang Park Resort on 02/14/2006 and said,  "Something is very wrong with this hotel. Where shall I begin: my son and I got green hair( we have blond hair)from the swimmingpool. There are 2 types of standard bungalows;old and newer ones. It is a shame that they dare to rent the old bungalows. They are expensive for what they are, dirty, no bed but a matrass on the ground!!!dangerous electricity and a lot of things are broken and holes in the door.Towels dirty and with holes in them. And then the smell of the bed!smells like forgotten wet laundry YEK!We moved after one night to a hotelroom from the resort because we paid in advantace so we had to stay. Not a very big succes eather but it was a lot better. No, I would not stay here.Check out the neighbours!"
Peer stayed at Chang Park Resort on 11/13/2005 and said,  "Restaurant, swimmingpool area, massage spa and the surrondings very nice, but the beach was not nearly as good as the beach outsite Panwiman Resort that we visited last year, but of course there is also a price difference. The toilets in the hotel rooms was totally disgusting and if they are not renovated, I think the health authorities will close the hotel down. I think if the hotel was renovated, this resort would be value for money - but right now I would not recommend it because of the toilet/bathroom situation the staff also had a little difficult in charging the right amount for the actual buy. "
Anne stayed at Chang Park Resort on 10/31/2005 and said,  "Beautiful garden, poolsde and beach. Good service and nice staff. Room OK, bout the hardest bed i ever lied in....."
Ms.Lilly stayed at Chang Park Resort on 04/29/2005 and said,  "I stayed in Superior Seaview Hotel Room for 3 nights. Staff are friendly and helpful but only few of them could speak fluent English. The room was clean and I could see very nice sunset every evening in the balcony. Although great seaveiw could be found from the swimming pool, I felt uncomfortable when swam in the pool. It was because the pool was without filter facilities and water was not so clean that insects could be found easily in the pool. The beach was rocky, too. I tried oil massage which was found fair. In all, Chang Park Resort was fair. During the holiday, I was kayaking to the resort located in the nearby beach (Klong Prao Beach) and had lunch in Koh Chang Tropicana Resort & Spa. The environment and facilities of this resort was excellent. You may consider booking this resort if it was in your budget."
Emma stayed at Chang Park Resort on 04/01/2005 and said,  "The resort was beautifully laid out, staff were friendly and it offered a few activities on the island. Overall a great place to stay, and very good value for money"
Stephanie stayed at Chang Park Resort on 03/24/2005 and said,  "the seaview bedroom and the breakfast were fine as we expected. And the hotel is beautiful. But the beach restaurant prouved to be unefficient (they forgot my plate although I ask for it twice !) and very expensive for the menu proposed. "
Vibeke stayed at Chang Park Resort on 02/16/2005 and said,  "We stayed here 11 days in a family-suite at the hotel. From what we heard from around the poolarea, the hotel is absolutely the best choice as many guests were not happy with their bungalows. The room was a little unfinished with some decor-details missing here and there. Otherwise spaceious and nice rooms with 2 bathrooms, tv s and clean bathrobes for everybody everyday. The lawn between the pool and the hotel nice and convenient as the children could play and walk barefoot all day. Nice and big swimming pool right next to the beach - perfect. The hotel should invest in more sunbeds and also mattresses as the wood feels hard after a while. The beach was nice and cleaned every day, but the bottom in the sea could have been cleaned for rocks and corals. The beach-restaurant had good but fairly expensive food. The waiters were friendly but a bit untrained and did not understand much english. That caused some misunderstandings a couple of times. Friendly and helpful people at the front-desk. The hotel should have their own hotelcar to pick up guests at the ferryterminal. All in all, from what we saw one of the better places in Koh Chang and good value for the money."
Mr.Conny stayed at Chang Park Resort on 01/02/2005 and said,  "It was ok.. The beach wasnīt that nice but we took taxi to white sand beach and took some trips to other small islands nearby! The water in our shower couldnīt hold the temperature.. It was cold and the next second burning hot.. But the rooms looked new and clean!"
