Leng stayed at Pratunam City Inn on 06/09/2006 and said,  "We would not recommend PCI. Room was dark and bath towels had bad smell and somewhat greyish. Breakfast choice was only limited to ABF (meansly looking one) or congee.Once I was late to join my friend at breakfast by 10 mins (Bkft served till 10am) , I chose not to have my bkfst (alsready for the 2nd time) and only poured myself a cup of tea from a common teapot at the self serving table, they charged me 59 bahts. I am very disappointed at e unhospitable way they treat their guests. The tea was not spcially brewed for me nor served to me yet they insisted a pay for the small teacup of tea. A kit of pkts of coffee & tea bags cost 50 baht in the rm. I do not understand their logic and they came across as very cut & dry, not friendly at all. 2nd day before my departure, I suffered from a swollen foot and hotel could not find anyone (though many were sitting around in the cafe) to walk 100 meters to the nearest drug store to help me buy medication. As a result I had to hobble 45 mins in excruciating pain to the drug store. My experience at PCI left a sour taste in the mouth and havg stayed at other budget hotels , PCI does not even come into consideration for our future stays in Bangkok. "
Daphne stayed at Pratunam City Inn on 06/09/2006 and said,  "I booked the triple room for 2 adults and 2 young kids. The room is very small and hardly space can walk around in the room without banging into something. Toilet is worst, the space from sitting on the toilet bowl is just enough for leg room. There is a shower area, but any attempt to move about to scrub yourself will get hit on the elbows to the walls. Location is bad, nothing in the area. The whole area near hotel surrounding is run-down and desserted buildings. Taxis don t even know the place although the hotel provides notes to taxi of their location. A totally bad experience. Will not recommend anyone to stay there. Neither will I be back. "
Michael stayed at Pratunam City Inn on 05/19/2006 and said,  "Very central location clean and friendly staff great value for money - I will use them again-breakfast a little plain- very happy overall "
Helen stayed at Pratunam City Inn on 05/19/2006 and said,  "PLEASE change the mattress!!Its so springy, lumpy and very used.Smells damp too.Feels like the springs are worn out because when u sit on it u kinda sink to the bottom with lumps of damp cotton balls trying to hold u up.Imagine two person sleeping on it,a queen size mattress....the spring is so worn out that with 2 body weight we kinda roll to the middle. Its pretty bad, luckily we get so tired from all the shopping nearby we just passed out every night.Dont bother trying to have any fun on it,its too unpredictable.Might loose your balance.Haha.We stayed there 4 nights.Everything else was pretty reasonable for the price we paid. But a good mattress makes all the difference.I STRONGLY suggest that they change their mattresses so that when i stay there my next trip I can get a good ,hard and strong mattress for my sleep. The room and bath are pretty small but its the norm these days. Its a good location,in a quiet lane away from the noise of the traffic. The staff mostly speaks English and very helpful. Its a small hotel renovated from an old apartment so dont expect too much.TV in room only have Thai channels.Breakfast is pretty good. They also make up and change the towels daily.Free bottled water.Dont use the massage parlour next door as its VERY pricey and not that great.Take a 7min walk further down for value for money massages.Theres a very good exchange down the same street, best price in BKK.A 24 hours convenience store 5 mins away.Lots of delicous food stalls where the locals eat nearby. I visit Bangkok about 3 times a year. This is the first time i stayed in this hotel and it is pretty decent except for the old mattresses.Again,Please change them."
SIRAJUDDIN stayed at Pratunam City Inn on 05/01/2006 and said,  "The room is small but clean. The Hotel is situated on a quite soi, nothing to do there at nite. Adviseable to print the hotel map and show it to the taxi / tuk-tuk drivers since most of them have difficulties finding the hotel. Walking distance to shopping places. A litte bit far from Chit Lom skytrain station. Services are good, receptionist are helpful but breakfast can be better. I find the price to be value for money."
Anthony stayed at Pratunam City Inn on 04/30/2006 and said,  "To say that we booked a delux room I cannot say what was delux about it. It appeared to be a room which had been cut into two by a dividing wall. It was certainly what we were expecting in respect of space, not enough room to swing a cat!"

George stayed at Pratunam City Inn on 04/18/2006 and said,  "It was a very good seven days stay at the hotel. I travel to Bangkok often and I find this the best of the budget hotels I ve tried so far. It is new, nice, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is good (Pratunam Center, Platinum Fashion Mall, shopping complexes around Baiyoke area, etc are all within walking distance). Although well-located, taxi drivers seem unsure of how to get into the small road (Soi 33, off Petchaburi Rd) where the hotel is. As vehicle can t turn into Soi 33 from Petchaburi road, instruct the driver to turn into the next lane, Soi 35, drive all the way to the end and U-turn back into Soi 33."
K.T stayed at Pratunam City Inn on 04/13/2006 and said,  "Location wise...unless you know the way quite well, coz sometimes even tuk tuk and taxi might not know where is it. Long way to Chit Lom skytrain, but the reception/staff is good quite helpful. Size wise its small, hence pics are deceiving...but its clean. I booked a deluxe double/twin but it really disappointed me coz it dont look deluxe and its not even carpeted. Afterall, its budget...value for money~"
Liezl stayed at Pratunam City Inn on 04/12/2006 and said,  "The hotel s nice but taxis can t find it bec. it s new so be sure to get their calling card when you go out.Rooms are clean although it s a little bit small. It s near malls so u wouldn t have a hard time finding something some place to eat or shop."
