Eric stayed at Novotel Bangna Bangkok on 03/12/2006 and said,  "Rooms were big and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast spread was very good. The only minus point is the hotel is a little far to walk to places like eateries, convenient store, malls and entertainment outlets. "

Robert stayed at Novotel Bangna Bangkok on 10/28/2005 and said,  "Hotel was fine but manager at reception was useless and has no idea about customer service! He kept us waiting for 40 minutes because he said he does not know about Sawadee.com, there is no way we could have paid already, taxes are not included etc...... Eventually he gave us a room! "
