Josephine stayed at Leela Inn on 06/10/2006 and said, "This is not a nice hotel, it very far away from BTS. The room is not very clean and have bad smell and the service lady have no good face to us. I stay there 9 day, this is a very bad memoery. I will not go there again. "
Pete stayed at Leela Inn on 05/11/2006 and said, "Good value for money though the rooms could do with a bit of TLC. TV and Mini Bar in room and free Safety Boxes in reception. Staff not the friendliest but did a good job. Would use again. Very well located for Nano Plaza area !!!!"
Pete stayed at Leela Inn on 05/11/2006 and said, "Not the best place on earth. Rooms are spacious but have no windows.
The staff are very poor by Thai standards.
Hotel is located on a one way system which can be a pain when getting a taxi."
Saloua stayed at Leela Inn on 04/26/2006 and said, "Because we did not know when we were leaving Koh Samui Island we didn t make an advanced reservation. This meant that most of the hotels we wanted were fully booked. We ended up at the Leela Inn hotel. We felt really trapped in this room. The only window in the room was covered by a curtain ( wich could not be opened ) and looked out on nothing. The smell of sigarette smoke was terrible you could even smell it in the towels eventhough they were clean. The bed was clean but was totally not comfortable. Carpet was realy dirty Breakfast was oke and hotel location was oke. Next time if no hotel rooms are available I rather pay more than my budget allows than stay in a hotelroom like this!!!!"
Matthias stayed at Leela Inn on 03/02/2006 and said, "The hotel is alright, but nothing special for the price. The food tastes strange, so eating somewhere else is recommended."
R stayed at Leela Inn on 02/12/2006 and said, "Friendly staff. The room is OK, but not perfect...some lights doesn t work and say it is for long time like this. The only problem have seen it is regarding the location of the hotel... quiet far by foot to the Nana BTS Station, and it is located on a big one-way road with a lot traffic, which make sometime complicated the acces by taxi."
Paul stayed at Leela Inn on 01/09/2006 and said, "Clean comfortable hotel and booking over the Internet made it very good value indeed. Booking by telephone or calling in would have been 50% more expensive.
Being next to the canal and canal buses also proved very useful. The canal buses are a great way to travel and avoid the busy streets."
Andreas stayed at Leela Inn on 11/26/2005 and said, "I booked a deluxe room and as i checked in i got a standard. complaint the room, they discussed that i booked a standard what was not true. After 5 minutes i got the right one. deluxe for one night ok, clean and with bathtube. I think, next time I try another one."
Mustafa stayed at Leela Inn on 11/11/2005 and said, "the hotel is a bit far from the nana sky train, 10 to 15 minutes walking, but not too far, you should try the foot massage at ann salon on the way to nana sky train and ask for suu, she really gives a good foot massage, the housekeeping was very neat, they should do something about the shower as it does not have pressure, the breakfast was ok nothing great, the staff were very polite and co-operative, paid just 300 bht more to check out late by 5pm. i would rate the hotel 7/10 for the price they offer. you can get a better hotel for a few hundred bht but yet it does not matter as you are out most of the time, i would highly recommend 1) The Ambassador 2)Majestic suites on sukhumvit road. i had a pleasant stay at the leela inn.
have a rocking holiday in the land of smiles
sawadee khrap."
Shannie stayed at Leela Inn on 11/02/2005 and said, "Hotel room with strange sound coming out from cupboard, scarely, unable sleep through out the night, room is too small to call standard room. Location no good, unable to find any foodstores nearby even the main road. Front desk staff has specially arranged with the kitchen for early breakfast at 4.30am upon our request when we check in, but no breakfast was prepared early in the next morning."
