Chalie stayed at La Residence on 05/27/2006 and said,  "Hotel rooms are nice and sexy. It arouses me everytime I went in. However, the service is too terrible, the manager (male) at the front office was unfriendly and the face is like we owes him money. Breakfast are terrible - well only one choice that is bread and bread and bread! unlike other hotels i.e. rose hotels, they have choices. Employee at restaurant cant get a simple request done such as half boiled egg, they will give you an almost boiled egg. The manager told off the employee for giving us a free flow (they said yes to a free flow coffee but not the manager..hmmnn.. contridicting information) coffee/tea in front of us.. fortunately we have a thai friend with us! overall, I will not stay in this hotel anymore! "
Alison stayed at La Residence on 01/02/2006 and said,  "Nice hotel, good-sized rooms and very helpful staff. Good location (5 mins walk from Patpong/skytrain and lots of lovely street foodstalls along the way). I recommend Somboon, the seafood restaurant nearby. The only thing that let it down was the breakfast. Would definitely stay there again though."
Leigh stayed at La Residence on 12/17/2005 and said,  "We had a quiet large one bedroom suite which was very well appointed. The hotel is in a good location. The dining room didn t seem to be open as we had expected however. Overall a very good rating. "
John stayed at La Residence on 11/04/2005 and said,  "Very nice hotel and price in Bangkok. Very clean and huge bed. Nice an close to the night market, and very easy to get anywhere.Would go back! Just don t count on the breakfasts, as there is very little on offer."
Fedor stayed at La Residence on 09/03/2005 and said,  "The place isn t bad. Very cute and arty decorations. I love the bear sign which they used on the door. The staff is super-nice there. Would give them the best score ever. Very helpful and nice. :) A few drawbacks thu: 1. I guess its abit pricey for a guest house (I felt it was more a guest house, than hotel, and 1700 for a guesthouse type of place was abit pricey). 2. The rooms don t separate into smoking and non-smoking, which is probably not the best thing to do. 3. The breakfast lacked variety and included toasts and coffee. I guess for a price of 1700, we expected something more advanced. :) Also its abit of walk to the nearest skytrain station, but if you enjoy it, 10 minutes walk isn t a problem :)"
Alessandro stayed at La Residence on 08/14/2005 and said,  "We stayed 5 days and our group occupied 4 rooms. So we have a complete idea about hotel and services. The management is helpful and efficient. Hotel is small, so any need or request can be satisfied easily and quickly. The location is good (near Patpong night market, with many restaurants in the purlieus (and more...), but taxi drivers never knew the address. So it s almost necessary to have it written in Thai (ask to the hotel bureau). Clean and quite wide rooms, even if not recently upgraded. Breakfast is really poor. "
Mr. stayed at La Residence on 06/28/2005 and said,  "a most wonderful hotel... small. quaint... the staff w3as simply amazing. kept our luggage in storage for days on end while we were trekking around the rest of thailand!!! very well placed, within 15 minutes of the ferry and right next to the patpong night market, will definitely come bakc..."
Monica stayed at La Residence on 06/17/2005 and said,  "a gem of a hotel in the heart of the city. very cozy and unique with a funky-chic vibe. loved it!"
Mr stayed at La Residence on 06/10/2005 and said,  "Very cool lobby and rooms. This hotel has a modern minimalistic design that is far from the normal boring standard rooms in Thailand. The service is fantastic. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a couple of days free of charge and were recommended places to visit and good restaurants, always with a smile. The only backside is that itīs a little bit off Bangkok centre, other than that we can highly recommend this hotel."
Sheilala stayed at La Residence on 04/29/2005 and said,  "small but with character. good management with friendly and helpful staff. breakfast needs improvement. a bit far away from BTS (Chong Nonsi) but still acceptable."
