Sandra stayed at Holiday Mansion Hotel on 07/08/2006 and said, "This hotel was fine for the money, but I would recommend a better location if you are there for tourism (i.e. stay closer to the action, in the old city). We found it was difficult to get cabs to take us to other parts of the city since this is off the beaten path. There aren t any restaurants nearby so it s not a great hotel for exploring by foot, but it is close to the skytrain. The room was fine - clean, air conditioned and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and spoke english. The breakfast buffet left a little to be desired (seemed to be the same food re-heated over and over again throughout the week) but was fine overall. Overall, I d recommend this hotel but with the caveat that the location wasn t so great."
Daniel stayed at Holiday Mansion Hotel on 06/15/2006 and said, "All in all it is a nice hotel at a very good location. Only 2 minutes of walk to the skytrain station Ploenchit. The breakfast buffet was very good in included in the price of the room. The are doing some renovation works at the moment. But I think they are almost finished. Pool is kind of nice, but would be nicer on the rooftop :) Friendly staff, rooms are clean, furniture is not the newest but still okay. The beds were a bit to soft for me, but still comfortable. As a result I think 1.800 THB instead of 2.000 THB for the room would be okay. Little too expensive in low season I think.
PS: Downstairs Italian restaurant is a little overpriced but good food and service."
IGARASHI stayed at Holiday Mansion Hotel on 02/13/2006 and said, "Equipment ware O.K. but I feel discriminatory for asian people from their staff.
And sometimes housekeeper forget to replenish free tea and coffee in my room.
When I checking out, receptionist said You stole bathrobe from your room .Because when housekeeper checked my room, only one bathrobe was left in room. But I remenber, only one bathrobe was provided whatever. Anyway, I was suspected from receptionist, and they open and checked my bag. I felt deeply humiliated.
If you planned to stay in this hotel, I recommend to check all count of room equipment and list up with housekeeper when you checking in. "
Mr.Malcolm stayed at Holiday Mansion Hotel on 11/02/2005 and said, "Room very nice and all staff very friendly. Pool a bit small and doesn t get the sun for very long. Ideal for a couple of days exploring Bangkok as very near shops, Skytrain and entertainment."
Marie stayed at Holiday Mansion Hotel on 09/26/2005 and said, "Reasonable vs. its price. However it smelled smoke even if we wanted non-smoking room. Nonetheless, good service in general."
Lisa stayed at Holiday Mansion Hotel on 01/06/2005 and said, "Very friendly and helpful staff and our room was clean and pleasant. Location is convenient, restaurant also not bad. Quite a peaceful area of Bangkok, and I would stay again quite happily."
Owen stayed at Holiday Mansion Hotel on 11/22/2004 and said, "it was smelling of traffic fumes. the rooms not clean, and the food expensive. i would go to another hotel"
Joey stayed at Holiday Mansion Hotel on 10/01/2004 and said, "Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Very close to skytrain, so that s a plus too. "
MICHAEL stayed at Holiday Mansion Hotel on 09/12/2004 and said, "yes that period was fine until we asked to stay on another 10 days we were moved to another room of the same furnishing s but dirtier and charged 6oo baht a night more for the priverlige never again "
Leyton stayed at Holiday Mansion Hotel on 04/07/2004 and said, "The hotel is not new, our guess is that it is an old Holiday Inn. It is conveniently located near to the City end of the freeway to the airport and close to a Skyway station. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the bed is rather hard - in true Asian style.
All the staff were extremely helpful, everywhere was clean and reasonably newly painted. The breakfast, included in the tariff, was buffet style with a good range of food including eggs cooked individually as requested - omlettes were easily the most popular."
