Chet stayed at Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok on 01/17/2006 and said,  "Overall, the Fortune hotel was a fair value for the money. Staff friendly and efficient, and rooms were clean. Also on the plus side, there is a good internet business center (tho a bit pricey at B500/hr), and Fortune hotel has a good complimentary breakfast, is attached to a large shopping center, and is in easy highway access to the bkk airport. On the minus side, some room fixtures were in dis-repair (broken toilet seat lid) and the room s security safe had a defective battery and would not always operate. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. "

Robert stayed at Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok on 05/22/2005 and said,  "Good quality hotel with friendly staff, located beside a three floor shopping mall. Although well out from the central shopping/tourist areas, this is not a problem as there is a subway station very near the front door. I enjoyed my stay, and could not find any fault."

C. stayed at Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok on 05/19/2005 and said,  "the hotel was very nice and adjacent to a mall. we included breakfast in our rate which offered many different items to enjoy and taste. the hotel is undergoing some renovation in the lobby area at this time but it was not a problem. we had a very nice stay there."
