K.T stayed at First Hotel on 01/06/2006 and said,  "I was with 2 friends (male), hence Im stayin all alone in a room. For me, room looks... average to me..But my friends in another room complained they need to call for towels, I dunno why. The bathroom REALLY need a renovation, average room but when I open the door to the bathroom, WOW... so much difference from the room! So much difference like Heaven and Earth and it didnt balance! One word to describe is DIRTY! The bath running water~so hard to control & there s no indication on warm/cold water...or shall I say the indication was so blur coz its OLD. Yeah~the tiles on the wall~ the glue(gap) that glued tiles & tiles together somehow was kinda dirty. I think hard scrub wont work anymore~. The basin tap was lecking too...can even hear upstairs using water too~~Breakfast~not much choices. Lobby service...I waited for them to come back me~while they shd be automatic arent they? The staffs needs training..But the bellboys are really very helpful. I will come back to this hotel only when all the hotels I tried are fully booked."

Rosli stayed at First Hotel on 12/01/2005 and said,  "1. Rude and unfriendly front desk staff. 2. Hotel booked for non-smoking and single double bed but this was not available until the my last stay in Bangkok. 3. To my surprise phone card used in hotel is charged even though it is tollfree call. 4. One male staff was rude even when I try to talk to him he did not responded. 5.Dirty toilet....should be scrubbed until white clean. "

Amarender stayed at First Hotel on 10/26/2005 and said,  "The hotel was very good but the toilets were not neat. Hotel was very near to the shopping area and the sky train. the check in was very fast. the staff was very polite."

Arjan stayed at First Hotel on 08/25/2005 and said,  "Good location. Skytrain station Ratchathewi 7 minutes walking. One stop to Siam Square. Computer City Pantip Plaza 5 minutes walking. Right in the heart of Pratunam markets. Good rooms in the Tower Wing. Main Wing offers you the older fashioned rooms. The stayed in the Tower Wing. Personel friendly. Breakfast is ok, but cannot be compared with Eastin Hotel and Prince Palace Hotel. Swimming pool is nice, but did not use it. Would stay here again some time. Across is The Residence Hotel, with no swimming pool, for less money. Breakfast is ok, but rooms are not so nice as those in First Hotel. Everything ok!"

P stayed at First Hotel on 08/19/2005 and said,  "Comfortable and Clean . Only it is difficult to access from the crowded streets nearby. Value for money "

Gopakumar stayed at First Hotel on 12/02/2004 and said,  "rooms are clean. appreciate if an ass washer could be fixed in the toilet as all customers are not satisfied with toilet rolls. the staff at reception counter should be more pleasant approach to the customers"

David stayed at First Hotel on 11/03/2004 and said,  "All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, quiet, cool and very clean. Evening meals were very good and breakfasts were OK but very busy. Have been back again already and would use it next time I am in Bkk"

Wee stayed at First Hotel on 10/22/2004 and said,  "Hotel and room(Tower Wing)is old.Breakfast was normal...limited variety.Only Merit Point is that hotel rate is cheap and is within walking distance to many shopping areas..."

P stayed at First Hotel on 10/16/2004 and said,  "The main wing where i was staying is not very good. The english channels in TV were not clear. The location is very good. All shopping places close by.Restaurent is good and price reasonable. Next time i prefer thr tower wing"
