Brid stayed at Erawan Place on 07/19/2006 and said, "Our room was very spacious and clean, basic and served our overnight stop in Bangkok adequately. There was no pick-up service waiting for us when we arrived so we had to ring the hotel and half an hour later someone came. Breakfast was nice but most of the hot food was cold when it arrived to our room. This hotel is near the airport and fine if you have to overnight in Bangkok but that's all. "
Bernard stayed at Erawan Place on 06/23/2006 and said, "Nice, basic hotel in a residental neighborhood near the airport. Huge room (the size of a studio apartment), that was furnished in older, but clean furnature. Taxi driver had trouble finding it, and when I got to the hotel, they said there was a shuttle waiting for me, which was not indicated in the reservation. Free shuttle back to the airport. The restaurant was great, serving to a Thai clientele so the food had more Thai spices than the tourist restaurants I ate at."
Stephan stayed at Erawan Place on 06/11/2006 and said, "Een goed hotel met zeer gastvrije ontvangst.Kamer was prima.Een aanrader, zeker voor de prijs.Wij verbleven er 1 middag en nacht, weg bij vliegveld ivm geluid en de volgende dag vroeg vertrokken wij naar het noorden."
Kevin stayed at Erawan Place on 06/03/2006 and said, "The hotel pick up was great however the hotel was a disaster. It is situated in an area where my Thai friends would not visit me (bad area). The room was large but as I uncovered the bed comforter, I found enough black hair and pubic hair to knit a wig. The bathroom floor was wet and had a moldy smell. I rapidly checked out and paid 3600 baht at a Sukhumvit hotel for the night. Worst experience in a BKK hotel in 20 years of traveling there. You have been warned...stay someplace else. "
Frisco stayed at Erawan Place on 06/02/2006 and said, "Great choice for a hotel close to Bkk Airport. Even though our arrival was late and there was a further delay waiting for luggage, a hotel representative was waiting to whisk us to the hotel. The room was plain but spacious and clean. Transfer back to the airport the next morning was again complimentary and smooth. Highly recommended."
Brad stayed at Erawan Place on 04/21/2006 and said, "The service at this hotel was excellent. Spacious, quiet room. Reading lights were too dim. Pick-up service from and delivery to the airport was perfect.
It s located in a not-too-well-traveled part of town, i.e., no other tourists nor non-Thai restaurants. Superb blind massages across the street for 150 baht; ask for Wira...he s the best in Bangkok (so I ve heard). Too bad the new airport is so far from this area."
Dr stayed at Erawan Place on 04/07/2006 and said, "As an overnight stopover the Erawan was great - smooth free pick up and drop off despite antisocial hours, and the room was huge and comfortable with both aircon and the ability to open window for fresh night air. Next door to 7-11, friendly staff. Excellent value with real Thai character."
Dixon stayed at Erawan Place on 04/06/2006 and said, "Very happy with this hotel and the arrangement for airport pickup. It s a perfect package for a layover or even a short stay in Bangkok. The rooms are large and clean and the staff is wonderful. There s a restaurant attached to hotel which has great food. The location is bit inconvenient for any long term stay."
Terry stayed at Erawan Place on 03/14/2006 and said, "Very basic, no restaurant, unknown to most taxi drivers but fairly clean and modern with huge rooms. OK if your not fussy and just need a cheap place near the airport but I would stay at Rama Gardens as a slightly more expensive but greatly superior airport alternative. "
Tai stayed at Erawan Place on 03/04/2006 and said, "A clean and comfortable place to stopover. Very near the airport-abt 15 min. Worth the money you pay. The pick up is reliable and friendly but make sure you ask for a pick up otherwise the taxi will have hard time looking up the place."
