Low stayed at Bangkok Sahara Hotel on 07/12/2006 and said, "Hotel room rather small, below my expectation compared to my stay at Pattaya. Also the evening staff were not so courteous as I expect from the Land of Smile Will not return to this hotel again."
Vivian stayed at Bangkok Sahara Hotel on 07/05/2006 and said, "Clean rooms, comfy beds, updated bathroom with great water pressure, helpful staff, good location, great AC. Not a lot of frills, but definitely very adequate and a very good value.
Downsides are:
1. our room was windowless
2. some rooms share adjoining door with the adjacent room. not a problem, unless you have loud neighbors.
3. no fan in bathroom
Definitely would stay here again."
Raveena stayed at Bangkok Sahara Hotel on 06/22/2006 and said, "The thing that struck us most about the room was that it was absolutely clean. The approach to the hotel is not great, infact it s more of an INN than a hotel. The lobby area was so so, and I was really worried when we arrived. But the room was lovely. Clean, basic, great shower pressure, air cond was fine. Mini Bar stocks were average, but we stocked it up with stuff from the Supermarket down the street. No kettle or hair dryer. Location is great. Near everything - travel agent, where we got our tours, BTS st, shops, money changers, Foodland, beergardens. But it s budget for sure."
Schenker stayed at Bangkok Sahara Hotel on 05/24/2006 and said, "best location for everything in sukhumvit . very clean and big rooms. good staffs. all in all best choice in this category. a little middle east athmospere . "
Edward stayed at Bangkok Sahara Hotel on 05/12/2006 and said, "We were very pleased with this hotel, the room was large and very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they have safety boxes for your valuables, the location is realy great,we liked it that much we are going to stay on our return trip,as we are away for a month ,so want to go back in June,we had lists of other hotels to look at but we did not bother as we likes the Bangkok Sahara Hotel,Gullivers bar and resturaunt is only two mins walk, foodland around the corner is a great place to have meal and is clean and cheap, plenty of places near to have a drink in and is very close to the sky Train"
Andree stayed at Bangkok Sahara Hotel on 04/08/2006 and said, "Nice, clean, spacious room. Didn t deal much with the staff coz I m out most of the time but they never give me any trouble either. Conveniently located near a BTS station and 24 hour supermarket, I ll definitely stay here again on my next visit."
Happy stayed at Bangkok Sahara Hotel on 04/06/2006 and said, "This hotel is located very close to the Nana BTS stop and is therefore very convenient. The area around the hotel is very Middle Eastern / Arab and you will not feel like you are in Thailand at all, so I had some trepidation as I entered the hotel. The front desk staff were ok, not great. The room was much better than I expected, with cold A/C, a decent bathroom, and it looks like it had been updated recently. For those looking to bring ladies back, I did notice a sign that said guests are not allowed, but saw some local girls that looked like they were short-term guests, so not sure what to make of it. It is very close to Gulliver s, and you might use that for a landmark. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend."
Gerry stayed at Bangkok Sahara Hotel on 03/04/2006 and said, "Best Hotel for this rate i stayed so far. Nice hotel to stay if you dont care about the view. Location was perfect for me. ( its near to bumrungrad)"
Seng stayed at Bangkok Sahara Hotel on 02/25/2006 and said, "Location is good, breakfast was good. Hotel room (delux) do not have proper exhaust fan in the toilet, therefore room smell. Staff did not place our check out luggages properly. Overall below average service."
Robert stayed at Bangkok Sahara Hotel on 02/17/2006 and said, "Brill location, decent prices, exactly as shown in the pictures. Would go back again in the future! Thanks"
